Besides removing the popcorn ceiling, what is your thought of removing the existing fireplace, brick, framing, and then replace it with double-sided fireplace and framing that is tapered from the ceiling to floor? It seems it would brighten up the room and still provide a separation between the living room and kitchen. By the way, your tours are great. Always very informative with a touch of humor.
Why didn't take down the popcorn ceiling before they replaced the flooring? Does the terrarium room have walls behind the fake plants? Painting the fireplace black?
@@carolanderson2773 they should’ve done the popcorn ceilings, there are walls behind the fake plants, and the fireplace can be painted any color 😊 thanks for watching!!
If they did not remove the popcorn ceilings and the place was built before 1979,; there is a good possibility that it could contain asbestos and the flipper was too cheap to have it properly abated. I would insist on an inspection. The other issues, plumbing and HVAC, the age and condition. Most just focus on the soon-to-be-outdated finishes.
That is a really nice starter home for a small family!! I love the big shade trees....it looks like a terrific neighborhood!

I love that idea! A two sided fireplace is always nice & adds extra ambience in the dining room. Thanks for watching and glad you like our tours!!
Besides the exterior maintenance for the townhouse, is there anything else that this $320 per month HOA fee cover?

Has the plumbing been taken care of? 50 year old place needs to have those checked. Very nice place though.
@@cesarsanchez9697 good question. I’d have to find out from the seller or A home inspector would be able to determine that. Thanks for watching!

@@kennixox262 thanks for watching Absolutely you’d need a home inspection to see if there are latent issues.
Great video! Have you ever considered doing Vegas strip videos? Like walkthroughs or live streams?
@@brianblank8933 thanks for watching and I haven’t thought about that, but maybe in the future I should consider it!
