Do i dismantle and stack in the venue or is it safe to carry it this way to the venue 3) is it necessary to use a thicker cake board since its 3 tiered
Uwc... 1) it's not necessary...Uwc... yes I didn't use stacking boards... I used hard paper boards ... 2) I don't stack at the venue. It's a matter of choice...decide on which you prefer ....as long as the cake sets dry..you are good to go 3.) Atleast the board carrying the base or biggest tier should be thick enough to carry the cakes

I normally put fondant two days before the game is picked up and finish with the outside decor and stacking a day before it is picked up, now I got one customer that got their cake but it apparently started sweating and bending a little bit on the side after her 2 hours drive to their destination. Pls any suggestion on how to store a fondant covered cake.

At the beginning she measured the 81/2 " cake with a straw then then cut the straw to that measurement which she used on the the 11" to mark the areas to be dowelled
Honestly this method of stacking is better I taught is mandatory for one to use a long pipe with this I think am good to go. God bless you ma

Do you add some CMC to your fondant? If no is your answer...please start adding it...it strengthens your fondant
Just leave it outside to set dry ...please don't refrigerate
I see you stated your bottom tier is 11 inches how many cakes did you stack it is very tall? Your cake is very nice and elegant.
