If you’re referring to HDB a blocks I don’t think there’s any others besides Tanglin Halt. West Coast SERS site should only be closing next year or in 2025.
I drove past Blocks 29 and 31 Toa Payoh, tonight (15 Aug) and noticed that there were no lights in the buildings. Seems like they cut off the power for them. Might be demolished by the end of this year.
ALERT!!! ALERT!!! Block 712 Ang Mo Kio's 1979 Fujitec will be replaced next year. Confirmed by a notice board somewhere near the block. I suggest you to film it at your earliest convenience.
Blk 26 Sin Ming Industrial Estate. Deadline to vacate is September, but when I visited earlier the block seemed almost empty. I think there’s a chance the block might even close before September, so to be safe just visit it by end July.
@@LunarTesting23 Not very sure unfortunately. I don’t research much about the newest BTO projects and keep myself informed about their status so you’ll have to ask others.
Yes, it’s the Fujitec technicians who removed them for spare parts. At Tanglin Halt they’ve done the same for several of the lifts they decommissioned.
@@chookwangzhee1889 I didn’t try asking for lift parts at Tanglin Halt. I just asked if the parts were removed for spares and it’s not that someone stole them.
There is a mailbox on the staircase landing of between floor 2 and 3
I visited Sin Ming in June. Do you know of any other places about to be demolished but still accessible?

Apologies but I turned off notifications for comment replies so I may not respond very fast or notice any comments you post on older videos.
@@elevatorfilmersg It's ok.
West Coast is closing soon, entire estate is pretty much empty apart from 1-2 units per block

They were previously Maryatt Scott from 1974 based on a drama clip Shawn found. Replaced in around 2002-2003 by Fujitec.

@@elevatorfilmersgDo you recommend any BTO flats that recently opened?

I didn't want to take this lift, because I was afraid the door would jam when I'm upstairs.
I took the courage to ride it
@@weireanfilmslifts2401 Ok
I filmed this earlier today with UF357ALT and another friend of mine
I like how they removed the indicator at the 2nd floor
Lol
Maybe they can re-use the indicators for other lifts or save them as spare parts
