I’m using Affinity Design to create then exporting and printing on CS. When I print directly from CS the color is so much more vibrant! But I’d like to use CS more

What are full designing software, and which one is the best?
Love your videos Becky! What if the PNG doesn’t have a transparent background? Are you able to turn it into a transparent background in another design program?
You should be able to remove the background in a photo editing software such as Photoshop.

I have a Question when you have a Ornament and Creative Studio doesn't have it so you have to download the Template and it has color on it how do you get the color off to put your picture on it?

You may have just saved me tons of frustration. I cleaned up an image in adobe illustrator, converting it into a vector file so that I can increase the image without losing quality when I print it. I tried printing it in sawgrass print manager, but saw the image was broken up. I never hit the svg ii the upload image from creative studio. I'm hoping that this will fix it and solve all my issues.
Imported svg image using the method shown, but the image is partial and scrambled.

What is happening when you print? When printing sublimation prints they will appear dull until pressed.
@@DesignBundles thank you for coming to my rescue lol 😂 I appreciate that…yes, I’ve been using sublimations for a while but my SG-400 printer was acting weird for so long -the story short. Lately all the colors were on 0 - and the platform has changed since 2020 when I stopped using Creative Studio. I am learning how to use it again after being using my Cricut Maker for many things and their infusible ink - question: what setting is much better to print my png designs on a mug for example - I tried vivid and I didn’t like it. I was just using photography settings years ago -but I was using their designs more than my own - now I want to use my own designs more -if that makes sense. Thanks again love that you go strength to the point ✅ ❤️

Hey Kathleen, Sawgrass printers are more plug-and-play, whereas Epsons are notorious for needing maintenance and troubleshooting. I have each, and while I love the price of the Epson printers, I have had absolutely zero trouble with my Sawgrass printer. Hope this helps! ---Becky

can you manually adjust the actual design without using the scale like zoom in and out thingy i need specific size and its so fiddly trying to get it exact
Hi there! Here are the steps:
1. Open Sawgrass Print Manager and select the design you want to adjust.
2. Click on the "Edit" button located in the bottom right corner of the preview window.
3. In the Edit mode, you should see a "Size" option in the top toolbar. Click on it to access the sizing tools.
4. Use the "Width" and "Height" fields to manually input the specific size you want your design to be. You can also adjust the size by using the up and down arrows or dragging the slider.

How do you use you Epson printer with cs
Hi Kristin! In this video about 7 minutes in, rather then send your design to Sawgrass, you should be able to choose your Epson printer instead. If you have any questions, let us know!
I'm just starting out in sublimation and now have all my equipment. I was buying already made prints mailed to me and I use them but I just got the epson 15000 and I'm looking for the best deal on being about to purchase a bunch of prints I can print on my own printer and sublimate please help

How to delete files in the sawgrass?
Hi Denise! In the “Galleries” tab on the CreativeStudio homepage you can add a new folder, delete a folder, and delete an image. Hope this helps!
Ughhh mines only say PSD that's all and my papers not printing 8.5 by 14 it keeps saying px instead of inches
