When it's late I love a crispy, cheesy nacho. These nachos have chorizo, pickled jalepeños, mini red peppers, and sour cream. Plus, I made fresh guacamole!

1.5 chorizo links
4 avocados
2 roma tomatoes
1/2 red onion
1 bunch cilantro
1 lime
2 garlic minced

Can of refried beans
