Mike, when you started to feel up those garbage bags i literally laughed so hard. You have turned scrapping and dumpster diving into a real comedy show. Keep it up sir. Love the content
Mike. You should consider getting a Tommy lift for your truck. Your back will only last so long and the tommy lift can stay out for those last large items.
Mike, I think you are the best scrapper on RUclips as your videos never get stale. We follow you because you are honest, think of others, your empathy and understanding and how you always find a way to give us a good laugh like the sounds when you broke those fan blades off
Thank you Mike, you always clean up and you speak to people when they are outside. You are courteous and I enjoy watching you. Used to watch a couple other scrappers too. First time they leave a mess I'm done with them. Have learned lots from you. Keep on scrapping!
I love watching you scavenge reminds me of back in the 70's when I was a kid here in the UK we used to go to the local dump and riffle through bags and boxes and find jewellery, small antiques and allsorts of little treasures, I got quite a few quid doing that, it was like treasure hunting. Love your vids, cheers Mike.
Lmmfao 🤣😂 I thought I was tripping when I started hearing the screaming.. I got up and looked out my windows lmmfao 😂🤣🤣 now that was hilarious good one ninja Mike
As you were putting that microwave box into your car, that IKEA commercial was running through my mind with that lady screaming "Start the car", I was screaming "Mikeee start the carrrr"! 😂😂
I had to return a microwave I purchased at Lowe's because it wasn't the right size to fit the space. Left in car so a employee would lift it out and went in did the return and got the right one. The salesman came out side and because of covid he put a sticker on the box and cut an x across the bar code and told me to dispose of it because they couldn't take back in store. I sold it on market place
Thank you for being so nice taking blades from fans with u makes me happy happy day to see nice people in the world instead of leaving behind a mess 😀❤️
Mike, we would love to meet you sweet wife and parents one day! I know that they are really proud of how many people absolutely love you and having you in our lives! Lease!💕
Wow! You have the BEST content on U tube. Some great finds! That little tote of gold, I mean dirty brass 😋, a “new” microwave!??! Wow! Good scrapping! Thanks for taking us along. And as always, be safe out there!
I love finding old TVs…the older they are, the more copper they have on the yoke. I also het a lot of copper from components on the boards. I turn the picture tubes in to my local waste container site; it’s illegal to throw electronics in the trash in my county, but people do it anyway, which I profit from. Old monitors and TV picture tubes contain lead and phosphorus gas, which is why TVs and monitors aren’t supposed to be thrown in the trash.
Mike! Man I smoked briefly back in 1990-91 but everyone smoked camel and man did I collect those bucks. I had t-shirts, duffle bags, lighters, matches. Tons of stuff. Loved getting free stuff from camel. And man a Lot of that stuff is collectable now and worth a little bit. Stay safe out there and keep making us great videos!
Mike I just had one of your crazy scrapping day. I wound up with 3- (10') aluminum poles and eill be making an Amateur Radio tripod. I did come across brand new sump pump and washing machine discharges hoses. Saves me from going out and purchasing them from Lowes. I even found a sears 14.4 vdc drill kit with the charger and 2 batteries. Batteries need to be rebuilt and can do that. What I didn't realize was tge pool pump is the same one for my well pump. I went to go back but someone else has it. Mike have a good weekend. PS my day started at 4AM and finished at 2 PM...
I love how you work you work real fast and you edit well so that we don't get a lot of boring in between stuff although if you're as funny in between dumpsters and trash piles as you are when you're cleaning them out you could probably leave some of that in too
Brilliant Street Scrapping and Dumpster Diving - Tonight it was Electronics Night - some real Great Stuff - wow ! Looking forward to the Follow-Up ! Cheers from us in Australia !!!!
I remember when you were jumping in dumpsters & throwing all that scrap around looking for other stuff & leaving all that money behind. Come along way since then. Ty for taking us along
Helpful hint on those CRT tv's there is a big wire usually copper that runs around the picture tube (I think it is for degaussing) that and the cone on picture tube makes it worth busting them up.. Thanx Mike for another great video and such...
Yes there were 2 actually one was on the neck used for deflection, and around the back there was degaussing, so a reasonable amount of good copper in those.
The most immediately hazardous part of the TVs is the high voltage circuit that could shock you if still charged. Most likely not, but you never know. Then there's the broken glass, big cutting hazard and the phosphorous coating used inside the crt (cathode ray tube) that is now free to float about, don't need to be breathing it. But the big issue with recycling old TVs is the leaded glass the crt tube is made from. The lead in the glass won't be a problem unless you plan on grinding it to dust and breathing or eating it. Recyclers don't have an economical way of processing it, so don't want it. The yoke coil and wiring harness have copper wire, some value in certain circuit boards. Also other lead, cadmium and other metals that should be professionally dealt with.
The degaussing coil is some really thick solid copper wire that goes around the tube on the inside - maybe 6 or 8 gauge solid copper. Something to consider - maybe 3+ feet of it.
I would love to see if that microwave is new. I don’t think so. Because when stainless steel appliances are new they have that plastic film on them to keep them from getting scratched. But you never know. The other 2 microwaves shows what happens when you forget and put aluminum foil in them and it starts a fire and you grab it and throw it outside to keep it from burning the house down. 😂🤣😂🤣🤣🤣😂😘 But those look like after you threw them out you jumped up and down on them. 🤣😂😂😂😂. We know that Mighty Mike and darling Dottie will get to the bottom of it. Stay safe and God Bless

Mike. You should consider getting a Tommy lift for your truck. Your back will only last so long and the tommy lift can stay out for those last large items.
I second that, a Tommy lift would help you lift alot of stuff mike, and would pay for itself in the long run.
Mike, I think you are the best scrapper on RUclips as your videos never get stale. We follow you because you are honest, think of others, your empathy and understanding and how you always find a way to give us a good laugh like the sounds when you broke those fan blades off

That laser cryomist is used with laser tattoo removal. It extracts heat from the skin before the laser is pulsed
