Gaewern slate quarry in corris aka the “car caves” or the caverns of lost souls. Join me on a quick tour around the mine.
Starting at the lower levels to see the RUclips famous car graveyard, I work my way back up the mine to the higher levels, for a look around.

How did the cars get in there?
I'll guess there's a gap at the top that you can drive a car to. But where is it?
Years ago in England/wales you used to have to pay to scrap your vehicles. The landowner at the time offered a cheaper service😂
The cars were simply pushed in from the top. However the opening is different now but still daylight to top of chamber
where the blue car gone?!
Perhaps it's been pushed into the water?
Unfortunately it’s been pushed off. Theirs more burst inflatable rafts than cars now😂
