1. Tap both earbuds quickly 5 times, the earbuds will turn off after the red light turns on. 2. Put the earbuds into the charging case for 3 seconds and then take them out. 3. Double-click on the right earbud. 4. After finishing the steps above, toggle on the Bluetooth on your phone and take the headphones out. Connect them again.
YES! finally, my earbuds has un paired from each other so here's what I did I reset them took them out of the case pressed the left bud 3-4 times till it turned white then waited a few minutes then I pressed the right but 2-3 times and the left but stopped being white and they paired as one to my phone
Hello! Im also struggling with the same issue as of now, could you please elaborate clearly what you meant by turned “white”? Did it just blink white after you reset it? or was it idled in white?
I just fixed my headphones, I took both of them out of the case and let them search for pairing, on the right earbud, I pressed the button 2 or 3 times and it started blinking white. After, I turned on and connected my phone to the headphones and both hooked up at the same time. Hope this helps!
The left earbud stopped working. I have tried all the suggestions and cannot get the left one to work. I registered them after buying. I have emailed customer service twice with no response. Very frustrating. They only worked 8 months.
These things are horrible. Saying that, I did just finally connect both pods somehow. I clicked on the left pod about 3 times while it was out of the case, making it turn white, and went to the Bluetooth section in settings. This time, only one of the selections popped up and I clicked on it and both were connected. Overall way too complicated to set up, but good quality overall.
A waste of money!!! You get what you pay for. I have followed every search and youtube video to reset these earbuds... in the end only 1 works. I have 2 T60's showing up on my iphone under bluetooth. I've tried deleting and forgetting the device for it to show up again. The are horrible.
@@ladykeez319 I’m have the same problem. I’m going to contact customer service and see what they can do. If they give me a workable solution I’ll reply back.
Waste of money I tried everything including what the comments say and still only one earbud works while showing 2 in the bluetooth Never wasting my money on this shit ever again I'll stick to wire earbuds least they will work much better and wont have this issue Never again threw them straight in the trash where they belong
My husband had been having the same issue with his while i sit here and laugh at his "better quality headphones" meanwhile I've never had a single issue with my Altec Lansing headphones.

Is there any way to pair two T60 earbuds from different sets together?
These suck so bad. I’m f’n furious bc they both come up as separate Bluetooth connections. I will return with 1 star bc these suck.
OMG same.I didn't know if it was just a me thing so thank you- I actually hate these things with a passion :/

Still didn't work. It's coming up as two pair instead of the one
Any luck on a solution?
@@ogwardog8440 no. They're separately paired causing one to cancel the other out if I tried to put them both on or switch from one to the other

@@AD3SPG never found a solution and was past the return window on Amazon but luckily they refunded me anyway.
So that means that I have to go through this procedure each time I wany to use it with my several devises... wow, tech is not up to speed here.
