I finally took the plunge and got a Numista account up and running. Put my 50p and pre-decimal silver on there, including a few commonwealth. From about 550 coins added so far i'm at 1.25kg silver, no bullion type stuff added (have a spreadsheet for that). Still got 2 quid, non-silver pre-decimal and a few world coins to add. I also use the Schulz albums, same as you for coins (doubles go in tubes) but also have several of the binder type with holding case which i use for my collection of Coffer Sports football badges

It's strange that you seem to find 1-2 2017 shields every few vids but the Isaac Newton is a really few and far between find. Given that there is actually less shields minted you would think that you would see more Newton's but maybe they are just snaffled by more collectors when found. I'm still waiting to add a 2017 shield to my collection

Hi Christopher, I'm just going through my coin collection in my collection folder and I'm marking off the years of coins which I have on my uk coin app, I have a shield 50p which is a 2015 but I went to mark it off in my app and there's 2 sorts for 2015, one is 4th bust and the other is 5th bust, I was wandering how you can tell which is which between the two.

I've got 2 two pound coins both abolition of the slave trade, am I not a man and a brother do not match at all when you hold the two coins together, you have turn one coin total around and rotate the other one nearly half a turn to get them to match up, where is the best place to get them checked
