How do you not know what a rocket balloon is? Put the little plastic tube in the open end and blow the balloon up as much as you can, once blown up remove the plastic tube and let go of the balloon, it flies off like a rocket Repeat the above steps Just don't release it in the vague direction of anything easily breakable
