In 2014, I was named as the Top Contributor to The Graduate Business Shool because I helped young graduates from disadvantaged backgrounds without the traditional work experiences & skills to fulfil their potential to gain employment as graduate management trainees using their group projects work as work experiences and skills: new business to business to customer innovation - new idea.
My new mentees understood that potential employers are interested in their roles within the group project work e.g project manager, coordinator and presenter and beyond. My brainchild idea transformed many lives and businesses and new opportunities exist to collaborate with Tony Elumelu Foundation and many Foundations to transform many more lives and businesses worldwide.

I'm an engineer. I have a little money to invest but I don't know where or how to start.
My championship..the group has been around the conference.. the problem lies with, how to enter into..
There are many fakers who uses different tactics to mock and foster insults hence the group doesn't have a clear picture of the program venue.
This has made the group leader to be confused and the shelter giver seems to be influenced or exceeded the limit and has decreed that the group evacuate on or before sunday.
This has placed pressure as the group is afraid of leaving Sunday night on a serious note .
In remedy to this, there has to be a serious coordination to ensure the group locates the venue as soon as possible before it goes dark.
Pls master,, send forth a google map in avoidance of much questions and answers.
Only, stop at the group spot, take down the lenses, and ask the group to enter by opening the door hence it is not an illegal thing.
Parking only, is not the best as there are many cars that are parked in front with no comment and when the group tries to access the coastal bus, the next is "What is it? Pls who are you? Etc...
Let the owner be open to say "Come in" without expecting response. It has not been easy. God bless you sir..

As usual and just like other African leaders. Nothing much was said.
A man of this pedigree is missing in action on the Nigeria leadership scale as it pertains to Political restructuring. Such brilliant minds missing in our body polity can explain why Nigeria is in a quagmire.
Leadership comes in different dimensions. You mustn't be in politics to make relevance. Their underlying principles in business leadership and political leadership are different. Tony is doing well being an ENTREPRENEUR.
I don't think he has to be. He's making impact in his own way. I don't think entrepreneurs even in the US or other advanced countries contribute directly to politics
