@@caramelcrisis1038 I really apologize for sounding know-it-all ish but Cuartet are actually a Kote-Osa Kei band Kote-Osa Kei being a type of Visual Kei from the early to mid 2000s that was mostly just a fusion of Kote Kei and Oshare Kei other bands include Devil Kitty, (early) Gazette, (early) Nightmare (now those bands are Neo Visual Kei), (early) Ayabie (now arw full blown Oshare Kei), KuRt, Irokui, and Gill'e Cadith.
Kote-Osa does not include LMC or Dog in the PWO or Royz Basically Kote-Osa Kei bands were the response for bands who didn’t want to go full cutesy pop but still acknowledged that Kote Kei needed an update to fit with modern sensibilities. Once again I am really sorry if I sound Know-it-all ish

But this to me has almost the same vibe as from Saki's early bands, Parasite:Lúcia to Kar†te=zyAnose period, that sort of things from 2000 to 2002, even though this song is from 2004, on the other side track 2.『Crazy drug boy』 -engraved their Evidence- , has more of koteosa/street-ish style, pretty cool.
