I don't think working a 9-5 is failing, failing is not trying at all. I'm upset because I know the challenges I will face doing both a 9-5 while running JazzOriginalz. It's going to be tough!! However, with God on my side I know I'll be okay.

I will say your videos do inspire me and give me that extra push. Bc a lot of the time I do feel alone and like no one will understand but listening to you helps a lot. I think delving into creating spaces (house decor, hotel decor, art spaces, etc.) is such a great idea with a ton potential to be extremely lucrative for you. Your home looks awesome! It is a legit experience. I’d definitely stay a hotel decorated like that!
Before listing your place on Airbnb, you should definitely check your lease agreement to make sure it’s not forbidden. If it’s written into the agreement that it’s not allowed, you could get evicted.

Jazz instead of airbnb cause Ik you said in your last video you can’t do that but maybe you can have it as a space where ppl can come and take pictures. Of course you should find a way that if they are booking they need to fill out something that you ask for their ID and info for safety. Ik I would book a hour just to take pictures there. Hope that made sense
make a paste with the baking soda and peroxide. Dampen the spot with the soapy water. Put the wet soapy paste on the spot and let it sit for about 15min or so. Then wipe it clean a couple times to make sure the paste is cleaned away and let it dry. You should see a difference.
That’s good that u go back to work. But can also learn what’s out there meet some new people. See some new things it’s about education we are always. Learning and growing. Custom lanyards, wallets, silicone earpod cases....things that u can sell cheap. 3. If you're going to work a 9-5 make sure it's something that enhances your creativity...not makes you exhausted 4.
