in the late 60s and early 70s the single cylinder machines were extremely simple and cheap. it looke like you are basing your design on those principles. problem these days is too many regulations on manufactures
if you stay out of federation trail.you ride outback so there is not mutch regulation
That is an amazing machine , how much does it weigh? What is the ski stance? You should consider switching the front ski suspension to something similar to the Skandic/ tundra with pogo style. Overall very well done when can I order one!!!
Hi mario ! tanks for looking my videos.the machine weight around 300 lbs for 174 inch track aluminium lug with 72 inch touching the ground .The ski overall is 43 inch and the front suspention is all ready like the skandic .the difference is there is no cover on the spring and its greasable.
300 pounds! That's incredible, I am so impressed, you should market it, you created a sled with the weight of a tundra but the footprint of skandic.. Please post more videos in deep snow slowly crawling along and dealing with steep areas.
mario tomberli thaks you for your coments. soon you will see new vidéo of 174 and 163 aluminium . this sled is flexible like an old model 300f tundra but it has more flotting traction that a sckandic !! THE SECRET IS weight per square feet !!!

Je pense a faire un swap du genre pour me debarasser du cancer de rotax que j'ai dans mon olympic 1971! Est ce que ca va bien un lifan 15 hp !? Jveux dire coté performance /moteur comparé a un 2 temps d'origine !? C'est quoi environ le top speed aussi!? Je me doute que c'est lent mais environ ca donne quoi 35 km/h ? Merci la !
+FRankybzoy ses des super de bon moteur ! ses fort a bas régime ! sa la du torque ! 25 livres de torque à 2500 tours le problème ces que sa vire 3700 rpm a cause du coupe feu sur le coil mais avant 2015 il en avait pas alors c'étais possible de le modifier pour viré mais je dirais que si tu garde ce gearage tu deverais rouler plus que 40 km/h ou pas loin. Mais sa va te prendre une cluch pour 4 temps 1 pouce bore ! comet ou power bloc mais je te recommande comet 94c duster
+hughes herve J'avais deja commander une clutch comet duster 94c , je l'ai recu hier! . J'ai aussi un lifan 15hp flambant neuf ! J'étais surtout inquiet des performances, mais a lire ce que tu me dis , je crois que je vais bien aimer ca ! Et comme ca a du torque a revendre rien ne m'empeche de changer la ptite gear du chaincase pour une plus grosse, quoi que 40 km/h pour ce que je vais en faire c'est bon!!! As-tu le meme video sans la musique? Question d'entendre virer tout ca ? Si non c'est pas grave !! Merci de la reponse rapide !
