If you trigger too many negative thoughts.. what you focus on focusses on you. Like dajjal and that one eye in lord of the rings.
Always focus on the good and bring a tremendous good power to manifest. If you walk around saying youre depressed, sad, this that. Its like a rain cloud waiting to rain on you.
Alhamdulillah wa shukranlillah. Connect you heart to Prophet SAW. Everything becomes positive. Fight it. How to fight this devil, this whisperings, negativity.
