Hi Kpop x-exo was introduced just last week when exo announced they were having a comeback. basically, x-exo are exo’s evil clones that the red force (the antagonist in exo’s storyline) created to defeat them/cause them to betray each other. we’re still not really sure exactly what’s going on and which members may or may not be clones, but hopefully more things will be revealed as their comeback date comes closer.
This X-EXO shit has my head spinning... As if their concept story line was easy to keep up with as it was 😭 So basically we've been stanning x-EXO since the Monster/Lucky One era where Monster EXO are the clones which were released out by the Red Force after they captured the real EXO in the Lucky One MV and experimented on them to _make_ the clones... The story based on my understanding: 1. Baekhyun (Guy with lip ring), the first scenes showing the snake and him alone in the table indicates that he might be a spy. 2. EXO is fighting against people who wants to capture them. FYI, EXO are aliens and have super powers. In another MV (Lucky One) which was released together with this MV it shows them in a laboratory being experimented on and them trying to run away. 3. The watch shows the timeline of the story if its from the past or present. 4. EXO was captured, but Baekhyun is not there. 5. Then it was revealed at the end that Baekhyun actually is not a spy but he disguised himself and freed all of them.
Some also speculate that Baekhyun in Monster is actually the clone Baekhyun and he freed them just to earn their trust and lead them to the red cube which is shown in the Tempo MV and captured them there. Just like in Power MV where Baekhyun helps them gain their power but in the end he's the only one falling into the sea...
EXO's MVs are all connected. They are supposed to be from EXO Planet. They are still very huge especially in Asia. They are the group that broke the 12 year Physical Sales drought of South Korea when they were still in their rookie years and sold 1M for one album(first or 2nd yr if I'm not mistaken). They are in the Guinness World of Record for fastest concert to be sold out (0.2 seconds). The members are musical and tv/film actors, writers, producers, and models/ambassadors of brands like Gucci. They are jack of all trades really. some of their members won awards in acting too. Listen to more EXO and I recommend watching their live performances as well. I recommend WOLF live in Japan, Promise(song they wrote for their fans after 2 of their Chinese members left but soon after 3rd Chinese member left too), Tempo, Love Shot, Call Me Baby, Ko Ko Bop, The Eve, and some of their ballads.

They chose to hold their most recent concert in Seoul in a smaller venue so they could interact with their fans more. The KSPO dome in Seoul capacity is 15k only but EXO decided to hold their concert there. Though they did hold a 6day concert instead of one, and all days were sold out. They are also the first KPOP stars to be played in Dubai fountain garden. Only the royals and legendary singers like Michael Jackson and Celine Dion are being played there.
You were right about everything you said! I was amazed actually because you're not original fans of Exo. But they do have a story. Monster's story isn't about just Monster MV it's about everything since their very beginning. If you're interested in knowing the story you can check out their MVs and there are a bunch of videos on youtube that analyze their MVs and teasers which will help you get a better understanding of what's going on.

As an ARMY, I think Monster as a complete body of work(music, vocals, rap, dance, MV) is the best possible example of what KPop is and has to offer. Like its not even a song I listen to that much anymore, but it is still the best. There is no better song in KPop history that showcases the ESSENCE of how powerful KPop is. Just from the performance alone, you can see their immense talent, dedication, training and hard work.

Yes! You said it right. All of their songs and comebacks does have a story in it and it gives us EXO-L's a headache to solve every mystery and connect them all to each era~~ but it's fun. They're the only kpop group in history who followed the flow of their 'mysterious, out of-the-earth' theme since their debut. Which is why I am super proud of my boys. You should try watching their mv's from first to the latest.
And this is why I always anticipate exo comebacks. It's like waiting for a sequel from a marvel series. Or a harry potter movie sequel. It gets interesting everytime. They've got this new term 'x-exo' going on as well. I'm looking forward fro the comeback to know what is really happening.
Their concepts always revolved around ONE concept since the beginning. EXO is so, so interesting. There's like a storyline involving powers, space, clones, and etc. that's always been in their music videos. It will be a treat for you guys to get to know them more. I swear. EXO is the standard in KPop. They have the best vocalists and dancers. Some of them are models and actors too. Anyway, I swear their concept is just so chaotic to learn but it's so beautiful, you can really tell that this was brainstormed and planned so well by the teams behind EXO, waaaaay before they even debuted.
Exo is a vocal group. They also have rap songs, but they usually go on vocals. If you like such dark things, my advice to you is to make a reaction video to call Call Me Baby and Do It Together song. If you want to listen to vocals, you'll love songs like Ko Ko Bop and Tempo Love Shot.😍😍

As an ARMY, I think Monster as a complete body of work(music, vocals, rap, dance, MV) is the best possible example of what KPop is and has to offer. Like its not even a song I listen to that much anymore, but it is still the best. There is no better song in KPop history that showcases the ESSENCE of how powerful KPop is. Just from the performance alone, you can see their immense talent, dedication, training and hard work.

Yes there is definitly a story line going on...all EXO MVs are connected they're not in ma chronological order the story is concerning EXO coming from the EXO planet to Earth they have super powers and how they're connceted to the red force..anyways the theories are crazy I swear it's scary every single thing happening in EXO MVs concert and award shows VCRs and their Teasers IS IMPORTANT and CONNECTED
So EXO are coming back soon with their album OBSESSION the fans are not only excited to hear the songs but also to understand what's going on in the EXO story cuz lots of things and theories might be cleared in this comeback

Yes! You said it right. All of their songs and comebacks does have a story in it and it gives us EXO-L's a headache to solve every mystery and connect them all to each era~~ but it's fun. They're the only kpop group in history who followed the flow of their 'mysterious, out of-the-earth' theme since their debut. Which is why I am super proud of my boys. You should try watching their mv's from first to the latest.
And this is why I always anticipate exo comebacks. It's like waiting for a sequel from a marvel series. Or a harry potter movie sequel. It gets interesting everytime. They've got this new term 'x-exo' going on as well. I'm looking forward fro the comeback to know what is really happening.

Their concepts always revolved around ONE concept since the beginning. EXO is so, so interesting. There's like a storyline involving powers, space, clones, and etc. that's always been in their music videos. It will be a treat for you guys to get to know them more. I swear. EXO is the standard in KPop. They have the best vocalists and dancers. Some of them are models and actors too. Anyway, I swear their concept is just so chaotic to learn but it's so beautiful, you can really tell that this was brainstormed and planned so well by the teams behind EXO, waaaaay before they even debuted.
Exo is a vocal group. They also have rap songs, but they usually go on vocals. If you like such dark things, my advice to you is to make a reaction video to call Call Me Baby and Do It Together song. If you want to listen to vocals, you'll love songs like Ko Ko Bop and Tempo Love Shot.😍😍

You guys skipped on lay, if you dont know him right now he’s considered one of the best dancers internationally. He was previously the lead dancer in exo, makes me disappointed how many don’t recognize his talent in exo. Hes got a lot of solo dances and mvs (hes gone solo) , you guys should really check out his mvs and dances, hes truly on a different level. 💜
