With the CM6360, you can create a wide variety of delicious drinks with just the touch of a button. Additionally, the CM6360 carries over some of the best features from its predecessor, including Swiss-made quality, a 300g bean container, a 1.8L water container, a 10-capsule waste container, a height-adjustable central spout, a self-rinsing system, and a 5-grinder setting.
With the CM6360, you can also customize brewing parameters, such as the amount of coffee, pre-brewing ground coffee, portion size, and brew temperature.
Your Drink, Your Way
You can customize your drink by adjusting:
Coffee Strength: You can choose from 7 levels (6-14 grams dose of coffee)
Water Amount: 0.5 - 8.0 oz (Espresso 0.5 - 2.5 oz).
Milk Amount: 4 - 60 seconds
Milk Foam: 4 - 60 seconds
Brew Temperature: You can set your ideal brew temperature from High, Medium, and Maximum
Pre-brewing: You can choose from 3 levels (off, short, and long)
Maintenance
As a super-automatic coffee machine, the Miele CM6360 rinses itself every time you turn the machine on and off. Also, the milk pipe system cleans itself at the touch of a button. The Miele CM6360 will prompt you every few months to descale. You also need to clean or degrease the machine 1-3 times a year with the cleaning tablets supplied. All the maintenance procedures are displayed on the screen and take only a few minutes.

Although 2%-3% dairy milk works best, you can also use "Barista" versions of non-dairy milk as well. results are not as consistent with non dairy milk though

@@kelly13342 I’ve used non-dairy milk with mine for more than 3 years. Still works perfect.
