- Hi - I'm Zoe's Dad. I started taking video of the kid playing soccer when she was very young because of her older sisters. They are 11 and 8 years older and while I was trying to create college recruiting videos for them, I realized I didn't have any footage and what I did have was terrible. So, I started taking videos of Zoe's games.
Fast forward to 2019 and I've uploaded over 200 videos! Zoe has moved on from playing at the local park, to playing at University of Oregon - Go Ducks!
I hope you enjoy the videos! In the near future I'll start uploading highlights of other players - if you've got a highlight video of your kid send it to me at the email address in the "about" section..
I really hope she goes Pro because I've been watching these videos for a long time and she looks like she could really make it I love her she is an inspiration to me because last year I was a freshman in High School playing varsity soccer and now I am a sophomore in high school playing varsity soccer and she shows me that if I try my best I could really make it thank youuu for the inspiration ⚽️❤❤❤❤❤
You girls and young women always seem to have these people of my sex posting these stupid comments about how girls and women's sports suck. A lot of fragile egos with my sex about female athletes I guess. I think women's sports is very good and with soccer I actually enjoy watching the women's world cup more so than the men's world cup because it seems like they play more as a team with better strategy and it also seems like there are less mistakes made in their game or when they do make mistakes they rebound from their mistakes better than the men. I know several people that have coached in both girls and boys leagues or in different women's and men's sports leagues for many different sports. Many of these people would say that it is easier to coach female athletes than male athletes. The females listen to instructions better and tend to be better as team players is often what I hear from many coaches. Plus many would say that female athletes recover quicker after they make mistakes in these games. Male athletes they say often get way too emotional when making mistakes and just have a harder time trying to get their heads back in the game with them not being able to erase the memory of their mistake so with many coaches that have coached both sexes many would say that the girls and women are more coachable than the boys and men in sports.
Same here, Leslie! I started watching this channel in 8th grade, I've taken a lot of tips on Zoe's high school and club team. I'm a sophomore now that played for Varsity soccer and trying out for the best club team in my state, as well as one of the best in the nation. These videos have definitely inspired me a lot. I REALLY REALLY hope she can go pro because she is my inspiration. I watch these videos literally everyday and i love them so so much. I'm 12 years old and I've been playing soccer for 5 years now. Right now i'm playing competitive soccer and I always look up to Zoe.

When I watch sports I usually spend most my time watching sports like professional and college football, the NHL and the NBA. But I will watch soccer sometimes, especially when the world cups happen. For soccer I actually prefer to watch the women play more than the men because to me it seems like the women play this sport with more skill and with more strategy than the men. Watching these last few world cups I have a higher expectation for the women to play this sport at this high level than the men. There are other sports that I think women play better at this high level than the men such as Tennis and Volleyball. I am not saying that these women can beat men at this professional level in soccer, tennis and volleyball. All I am saying is that these professional women play these sports at this professional level better than the men with skill, and strategy and with less sloppy playing and seem to keep themselves more calm, and controlled and don't get near as frustrated as the men do in these sports when they make mistakes. Another sport that I have seen a great improvement with women is ice hockey. When I first seen women's hockey in the 1990s as a pre Olympic event it was sloppier than watching peewee hockey from the young boys in these peewee leagues. But in this decade I think these women play at a talent and skill level and with great strategy that I have a higher expectation of watching more quality hockey from these women than the men at their college level and with the men at these lower level professional ice hockey leagues. In basketball I prefer the NBA over the WNBA because of these fancy dunks that we get in the NBA. But the WNBA is quality basketball and if the women were as capable as the men are when it comes to dunking a basketball we would still see less dunks in the WNBA than in the NBA because the women play better on defense. Dunks are almost always happening because of bad and sloppy defense and the NBA does have more defensive mistakes than the WNBA.
