The fact that my heart beat syncs to the heart beat in all of your videos..it just proves that i feel safe....ty.. I have bad trauma witch makes it harder for me to fall asleep alone and when i play these it helps me fall asleep and feel safe...tysfm

I’ve had really bad insomnia for years which isn’t very easy to deal with, it causes me to get very little to no sleep at all.
