I watched Madhavan bring a bouquet of roses to an interview for the interviewer ( I think it was DD) 15 years ago and realized this guy was special - no one at that time ( or even today) would think of bringing a gift for the hostess.. Always a gentleman. For that, I'll always be a fan, Maddy - 15 years and counting 🙂
It's always a pleasure to listen to Madhavan especially when BR is interviewing. BR brings a lot of interesting stories out of Maddy and it's great to witness that.

@@kaustubhraizada Real PAN INDIAN STAR should have done many multi-language films with own Language Fluency (or dubbed in direct films like Saamy kota srinivasa rao direct tamil film appearance with same dubbing artist) & Should give genuine appeal to hindi telugu tamil or other languages people. Get's recognised and be a well known star. Prakash Raj, Kamal Haasan, Madhavan, Sonu sood are some of the PAN INDIAN STARS.

Madhvan is pan India star now, many south stars waited too long that there time is finished to becom true pan India , there is rocky (yash) Naveen has capability to become pan India and Ajith and vikaram had the capability to become pan India star but now they got old
And surya should have entered bollywood now not way back then , prabhas has miss the time , i was his fan before in 2011 but now my taste has changed I don't like masala or flying action movies

That's the unfortunate hierarchial structure of Tamil Cinema. You are supposed to call the stars by their titles like sirs and thalas and thalapthies. You are not allowed to treat them as fellow human beings.

Madhavan acts hundred times better than overated Vijay
He is no where near underrated stop overreacting! the reason you see him less often on screen is because he is very picky in choosing his scripts.
Apart from Dhanush,Vikram every one is overrated as an actor

Can't wait for Rocketry
Recently I read a news in online that Madhavan screened his film Rocketry to Major Distributors. They demanded to cut 3 hour film to 2 hour. Definitely I'm waiting to watch ROCKETRY in theatre. But after few months of theatrical release, please release 3 hr uncut film in OTT. Scientists in 🇮🇳 has Strategic Importance, it will be interesting to watch SciFi films or Scientists Bio pic.
Madhavan done commercial films for Stardom survival which some of them became crap films like Guru en aalu and some become hits like Run. Apart from this Madhavan career is 👌

@Spongeman What bs. I don't find fault in his review at all. Jaibhim is too manipulative emotionally. It's very similar to sooryavanshi in tone deafness. You need master craftsmen like vetri to give cult classic like visaranai. Jai bhim is too shallow.

Flop movies are not a new thing to Vjs. Even when he gave hits , he had atleast one flop movie every year.
But no doubt, he is exceptional in doing Villainism , Comedy, Serious complex roles , Black comedy, etc .More over he proved all these, all of a sudden within just 9 years, without any packs (six) or dance moves.

I'd call Ilayaraja a legend. Someone who broke barriers, set records, created work of art that is considered genius by many and so much more.
@@bhavloves Ilayaraja is definitely a legend. And your definition of legend suits Maddy as well. As an actor, he has a lot on his platter compared to his contemporaries Vijay and Ajith who stick to fan oriented scripts. Well yes, he broke the barriers like none among Tamil folks. You can see him equally experimental in Hindi, English, Begali and Telugu movies. Setting records is no big deal, even Balayya sets those numbers in telugu. Now don't say Rajini did everything better than him, he is the one who seeded the fan fearing attitude into Chiranjeevi, Vijay and Ajith.
