    Npv is 702 & CAFTis 28000 × pv factor 3% IS 0.837 =23436 PV AND P.V INFLOW is 106702 (-)P.V OUTFLOW 106000
    = 702

      Still with 702 there will be 3.17% ...not a huge diff ... It happens not a bug deal

    Exact IRR will be 3.177% ...when NPV at 3% will be +702 and cash inflow will be 106702....not a huge diff thnku mam for this vdeo i had alot of confusions in this topic 😢

    Please check mam and that condition

    Mam one doubt if the pv factor is 2.8235 then the Pv factor in table percentage ( 16%-2.798,15%-2.855,14%-2914) what value we can taken for dis solution mam?

      Use the same method and consider 15% & 16% for calculation.
