Buy a good cross section of an economy, Build a diverse portfolio that keeps you motivated,Speed up the process where possible:i'm all for blue chips, dividends and i DRIP into etfs and abroad mutual funds. After my first million I realized that when a stock starts booming, chances of you finding out means you are quite late to the party, for this I make sure my CFA handles that, ever grateful to Dianne Sarah Olson.it's like turning your notifications to earn more millions.
Truly Stocks, ETFs and Mutual funds are the best investment decision you can make both short term and long term for steady money flow. Kudos
Thanks for sharing, I just looked her up on the web because this is equally important to me, and I would say she really has an impressive background in investing. I will write her an e-mail shortly.
The shills always come out of the woodwork or from under their rocks.
She seems to be a great expert in her field. I discovered her web page and went through her qualifications, educational history, and résumé. Her credentials were quite excellent.
How much does your FA take in AUM fees?
This is great advice. I started 'late' at about 30 with some minor debts and a raging consumption habit. I've never been a super high income earner, but we do OK, and i saved a lot of it. We still travel/go out too much, but have built layers of security SLOWLY. its painful to see them stripped away quickly, but having them there at all is a luxury most people don't have that sets them back a lot.
This was awesome to watch. Had it saved for since 2021 and only watching it now. the video is cap of everything I've had to learn through the years!
“Wealth is not about having a lot of money; it’s about having a lot of options.”
Looked up this quote. - Chris Rock
DAMN RIGHT!
For a comedian, Chris Rock has some sage observations about wealth and money.
You got me man! I like your work and tone. Good stuff bro!
Prof, would luv ur thoughts on Defi (decentralized finance), considering to "Focus" on
This video should be required watching for all kids at 18yo. Excellent advice.
What the hell is this channel, happy to have bumped into this. Subbed.
Digging the honesty and quick recounting of previous mistakes too, the Netflix and marriage and endeavor situations, most people get wiped going through a tiny fraction of any of that… that’s totally inspiring
Happy to watch this at 19 years old. I will definitely focus more on long-term investing than short-term investing. All in all, very valuable information!
A very good age to start building your financial security for the future. After a year you left this comment, I wish you all the best in life and I hope you're doing good 😊
Ok now you are 21. How u doing?
@@site_is_down Thank you!
@@finingola Thanks for asking! I am doing very well. Together with my friend, I started a startup a year ago. We aim to tackle the event-ticketing industry and offer an up-to-date platform that creates a better visitor experience. I read a lot and educate myself on different topics and skills. Moneywise, nothing really changed that much. I got somecrypto, some stocks and that is it.
Great video! I'm 28 and just started investing for the longterm this year. Have been chasing after deals for the last decade and it hasn't worked well. This information is so valuable. Thanks for sharing!
How do you know that your not going to die in 5 years?
that last, "slowly.." I got chills
I'm a total Scott Galloway follower. First, he's a Gen Xer, like me, humor and street smarts are common. hashtag Carrottop. But also, he is brutally honesty in his words and his talks.
This video made me go from 0 (not knowing you at all) to hearing you for the first time in my life and subscribing straight away
The fact that nobody talks about the forbidden book 25 Money Secrets From Donald Trump speaks volumes about how people are stuck in a trance
I respect you so much for your introduction and understanding alone if I watch nothing else you post.
That word "focus" has always been a issue with me, having been diagnosed with ADHD, it's quite a struggle, we need to work so much more harder at it.
Great advice though, it's not how much you earn but how much you keep is so true. I'd like to just add, I believe you really truly have to want it, not just consciously say I want to be or have so and so but to desire it badly and also WHY, which is the first thing you should ask yourself. And whatever it is you choose to do, make sure it's something meaningful. Goodluck to you all on your journey. And it's the journey you should enjoy, don't wait till you get there to be happy.
Probably the most legit video I've seen on this topic.
✍️ making a note to watch this every morning.
Shout out to the OGs that's been here before Prof G was at 10k subs.
The fact that nobody talks about the book Matrix Golden Cashflow Tactics, speaks volumes why people dont earn a lot of money..

Finally a video that actually make sense on how to become rich I keep getting bombarded with get rich quick videos that sound pointless, thank you.
I'm 77, US Army retired, meaning I've been around the block at least once, and have been studying investing for 30 years now. This video is priceless ... for those young few who will understand and follow it. Self discipline, was that mentioned?
yes that one is THE one, discipline.
Дякую за вашу працю. Гарна подача і корисна інформація.
