First time hearing this song tonight on yacht rock radio. Going to be a staple in my playlist. It’s beautiful. Parts of it remind me of Sleepwalk by Larry Carlton which is a favorite too.

Positively one of my favorite smooth jazz songs. Every bit of instrumental element contributes to this symphony. Thanks for posting!

I saw him perform with David Benoit circa 1987 in San Diego - I was so impressed with his performance that I went out an bought this album - seems like a lifetime ago but this song was tremendous back in the day. Thanks for posting!

OMG I couldn’t have put it better. I’ve just heard it here after last hearing it a number of times about 25 years ago. The memories of that time came rushing back thick and fast and so winded me that I had to sit down and even shed some tears. Now I’ve gathered myself together, I’m just looking through the comments to see yours, which said it all. ALL.

This song is amazing. It's beautiful, timeless, catchy, unforgettable, romantic, nostalgic etc. It always stayed with me since I first heard it in the Roxanne movie. I love playing it on saxophone, but I wish I had a backing track for it. You did a brilliant job writing this👍👍👍

@Joseph Curiale: Joseph seriously, God bless you immensely. You have no idea how much you’ve touched people’s lives. This song captures memories of my life, both cherished and haunting, both happy and sad… but all loved, and allows me never to forget them. This song is evocative, so beautiful and pure. Thank you so much for writing it and thank you for providing something so lovely in which to store certain cherished memories. This song is such a blessing to me and many others I’m sure. Thank you again. God bless you greatly.

Glad you like the music, but in light of the fact that you don't have permission from Columbia Pictures Publishing to upload this song, you should have at least credited the writer. I wrote it. Joe Curiale

Wasn't Pat Kelley on guitar for this? This was one of the most heartfelt songs of the time for me. I am thinking of getting married for a third time, and would love to either play it or have it played at the reception. Thanks Mr. Curiale for such a great Melody, and awesome chording.

Hello Larry, thank you for your message. It would be a honor to have the song played at your wedding. I don't have the album in front of me, but I think you are correct about Pat Kelley, and I believe Vinnie Colaiuta played drums and Jim Cox played keyboards. Wishing you the best.
