Ha Yes, other people mentioned I did it the hard way. The first time I opened it was on camera.

Hey Paul I received my unit. Just FYI, you are opening it the hard way! Unclip the other side first. Then clip the side you did. Then reclip the side you unclipped. I have a physical disability and when doing it the correct way it’s easy!

Did they extend the fabric with the velcro so that it's easier to close?

Hello,
It's designed a bit differently. The biggest change is that it lays flat in the bag, I would say its easier to close.
