It's awesome!
Nice review. I would have enjoyed hearing the mics that were on the transmitters. I am interested in these systems to use recording demonstrations at trade shows, where I can mic up a presenter quickly. In the studio I use Sony Wireless and lavaliers, but could add these since they are easier to use. It occurs to me that one could coil up the lavalier cord and tape it to the transmitter, and clip it on, if you didn't care about how it looked. Usually I put these in my shirt pocket anyway. You are the only one to talk about potential interference from 5Ghz wifi.
I appreciate the support and good vibes. I didn't test the mics built into the transmitters because I REALLY DON'T LIKE the way they look on ppl and am not for ppl using them without lavs. LOL. I feel the same with the Rode Wireless Go or another other box transmitter with built in mic. It works decent, just as you'd expect, but I think having the lav mic on it at all times is definitely the way to go
@@DoubtMeTech 10 years ago I had a Sony Bluetooth mic that worked with my camcorder. Poor sound but worked for a quick hook-up.
@@DoubtMeTech And here's what happens (to me). The Sony wireless xmtrs are heavy, and they have crappy clips. I put them in my back pocket, or buy a cheap phone holster. They slip out of my pocket and hit the floor. That pulls on the little lavalier cord, and its thin, it makes a short. Of course no one can splice them here. I've lost 2 mics that way.
Great review... Do you have any suggestions for an upscaled lav for the Lark 150?
Here's a budget option that is really good: bhpho.to/38tmCUg
