On thermolite blocks . No need to use those bands ,just carefully use plasterboard nails to lightly pinch the side of the conduits . Much quicker. But obviously don’t hammer to hard to squash the tube

I told you the other day to put it in the wood:)) but now I realized there is no wood everything is stone concrete. I taken it back anyway :P
