Extrude individually? I hope not. Select all geometry in object mode, ctrl-j to join, tab to edit, change to wire frame, pick a vantage point, c to paint or b for box select, grab what's needed for extrude. I really like your multi-camera setup!

one thing i don't understand when complet the job in blender and aftereffect.
save projet as what?
For Blender,, I think he rendered still images. That's recommended for multiple reasons (videos corrupt and you lose all your rendered frames). Change render to png or similar and render animation with ctrl-F12. For After Effects idk. I've never used it, but this guy's videos are making me want to buy it.

If you are just starting out, i recommend trying on www.hicetnunc.xyz/ - it’s an open marketplace (anyone can sell) and it uses Tezos (XTZ) instead of Ethereum (ETH) so the gas fees are WAY cheaper.

Too bad its an overview video. It would have been better if you had a complete tutorial.
