Beautiful interpretations. The pianist, Roberto Poli, is just incredible.
Liszt really gets at the heart of Petrarch’s sonnets. One set of masterpieces begets another set of masterpieces.

Wonderful interpretation of these fine Liszt works. It saddens me to think that many who hear Liszt often put more attention to the technical aspects of his works, and don’t often put much attention to the vast range of musicality and emotion his works have to offer. Thank you Erolon for uploading these beautiful works!

I have heard a lot of different interpretation's of the Petraca sonnet, and this is right up there with Bolet. This is so beautiful. and enchanting.

There are four staffs in the Grosses Konzertsolo as well. The passage was written that way to make the score less cluttered.
