Yessss I deeply need a silent mind. There's too much bs going on there for nothing wasting my energy. I need that tranquility that you're talking about. 🙏
I haven't mastered such tranquility myself,yet if I may suggest:when you do just do so that you don't involve unnecessary ideas that steals the stillness of the mind;but don't do artificially or unnaturally,just do so that it can only be natural. i believe meditation can teach this skill if you know how to meditate properly or else there could be more self hypnosis into artifical.
