Imma have to download this one! it’s insane to think how much our bodies can do especially when you look into the anatomy of it. Goes to show we could really do anything if we put in the work
Right, it goes beyond that too. I think it’s a straight up myth when I hear people say “you’re young your suppose to be strong, flexible, fast, etc.,” there’s ppl in their 50s-70s still in good shape to do almost anything because they’ve stayed consistent or made it a part of their life. It isn’t hard to do at all. You have to change your mindset and know what’s good for yourself.
I’ve been doing these exercises but I feel a severe pain in my groin area. I can’t tell if it’s bone compression or something, I’m wondering if my pelvis just isn’t made for high kicks. And yes, I’ve been stretching as well.
Ive been looking for something like this im flexible enough to throw high kicks on almost anyone but dont have that control yet how much do you reccomend we do it? Can we do it multiple times a day for faster results???
It really depends on the intensity that you're going for during a session, even on rest days you can still do some drills and static stretching imo just make sure you're giving your body that time to recover and don't over do anything. if you've really been pushing through on a good 1-2 hour conditioning session then I would say at least 2-3 days of resting. you could end up training sooner but that depends on how fast your body is going to recover. things like light stretching (not going so deep into it), massage chairs/devices, and brief hot showers may help that I found in my experience. Everyone is going to recover at a different pace. you seem to be keen with your abilities with kicking so you'll know for sure when it's time to train again 100%
Good informative video 👍
You're doing God's work man, carry on
