The parallel 45s are terrifying to learn. Wish I recorded when I knew how to do it Now I just look like I never knew how and I’m definitely not going to try to learn it again. So many injuries
The hand that is on the silk is the hand that gives the toss the speed you need while the hand at the tip just gives it the height. So the key is just making the movement fluid, you don't need much force when pulling down. If anything just go out and try it a couple of times with more or less flick till you find the right combination. It's not that difficult once you give it a go.
i really wish that i knew someone as good as you who lives in florida who could teach me. i only know the basics and it drives me nuts because i want to learn so much more.

It is kinda hard to explain but its a 45 turn around toss. Its not a regular 45. the prep is in front of you and you move the flag from left to right and you release straight up at your head and turn back to the front to catch. I hope my discription made sense! :P
Angel Gomez I think it's easier to do a toss when the pole is weighted, because the weights can carry the flag around quickly. Tailz is pretty strong looking at the way he whips around an unweighted flag ;-)

The toss you made upp was actually really similar to what we used in our winter show but it was a toss exchange and had to be toss behind them
