I would take this little induction stove back to the 60s when I was a kid. I would put an 8 1/2 of by 11 piece of paper on the stove then put a skillet on top and turn it on. The paper would not burn while the skillet got hot.

I personally love old tech like record players, typewriters, rotary phones, and things like that. Namely because, even being a 90s child, we weren't exactly rich, so we still used such things (remember that, in the 90s, the home computer was still a fairly recent invention, and they were very expensive. I remember our first cost over $2000).
What a creative, unique premise for a video! Love the idea of being the one time-traveled to, and the traveler being from the past has a lot of possibility.

As for the best representative of today's tech to bring back to the 1920's, i'd say the smartphone is the best representative, it's amazing how many different things we have packed I'm a single device, also microwave ovens, fridges and weird materials like resins, vinyls and nail effects. would you imagine what the reaction to 3d printing and generative ai would be from someone from a 100 years ago?
"What else can it do?" It makes you stupid, you just forget to remember things, you lose track of time, you become dependent on nonsense and once it runs out of power it ecomes more useless than a stone....
Taking a smartphone back in time would be disappointing for her, since much of the functionality is reliant on the cellular network and its connection to the Internet.
