I was a former DMV worker and I always got accolades from "my customers". They would tell my supervisor I am the nicest and most professional DMV worker. They would write letters of recommendation. Since, I was on probation the same supervisor recommended that I be fired stating that I was late. I was late one time coming from Staten Island to the Yonkers DMV, only 10 minutes.They tend to keep the bad employees with attitudes in those jobs.

I hope not only did you secure better employment but she was reprimanded, etc for falsifying your attendance. I've had crazy sups, mgrs, directors, etc like that. I always vowed to never be like that when in a leadership role. So far I have not been.
