Carol is the proof isn't finished if you keep trying, training, improving she was about to drop out top 100 at the end of 2021 and now is week in week out rising back to top 10. She's an example for the youngsters
I wonder what it was for her. What turned on the light. Her tennis had been flatlined for years i couldnt bear to watch a match. This was so fun!!!
I love her, ive always been a fan.
Garcia put so much pressure on Pegula by standing inside the baseline, it completely discombobulated Pegula and won Garcia the first set. Jesse started standing on the baseline herself, which pushed back a little, but essentially was too little, too late. Garcia also neutralized Pegula's backhand by drawing her to her left, and it was drilled in to the net, a lot. Great chess by Garcia all match long.
Aero plane woman is playing like a player possessed. Something good's gotten into her since a few months. She's slowly but surely emerging as one of the contenders for the USO! Congrats, Caro!💪
Nah she will lose early. Usually will show randomly good form then lose early at a slam.
@@robbyten100 I have to agree with you on this. She will never win any slam.
She (Garcia) has the talent, the weapons, to do so ... It's only up to her to show it (them). If she does she will have her chances. If not - she will loose (maybe early).
Let's see ... the good point about the womans tennis situation nowadays (with maybe half a year where Swiatek seemed unbeatable) is: You don't know who will win - even inside a match between two players :)
This is beautiful to watch from Garcia. Since winning the French Open in doubles (where she beat Pegula) she's been playing with such renewed confidence. I hope she can bring this form into the US Open and finally make the last four of a slam.
Garcia coming from the qualifications winning 6 matches 👌💪
Why did she have to do that though? She’s like number 35 in the world or something
@@larbil26 Yeah, she was #35 before this tournament. Maybe the draw was made earlier when she was ranked lower. Surely #35 doesn't have to go through qualification.
I remember when Andy Murray said that Garcia would be number 1 in the world. Was hoping that she would eventually get it together.
Yeah that match with sharapova back when caro was still a junior in FO. Tennis is the toughest sport because of the kind of competition you will get, players these days are more powerful and physical, anyone can pretty much beat a top player in a good day. I hope Caro gets it all together this time
Yes I do remember too
Those words came in mind - yes ... feels like centuries ago - however (maybe) better late then never :) ,
@Quote she wont be tho.
@@filippyknow her game is the biggest on tour lol
Bravo Caroline. Tellement heureux de cette réussite actuelle... et puis quel tennis de qualité !
I hate the injustice injuries do to these girls. Just look at how good Garcia is playing when she is injury free. Good luck on the next game & the USO.
Wow, Caroline has really stepped up her game recently… she’ll be a very dangerous floater in the US Open if she’s unseeded. The seeded players will be fearful of drawing her in the early rounds, for sure. She really destroyed the normally unflappable Pegula, and has even scalped Iga Swiatek on her home ground recently. Garcia is hitting so smoothly and freely, it’s scary.
She‘ll get a seeding either way. 😎
Unflappable?? I watched her last night and vs Halep in T.O. and she has choked so badly I wonder if she'll ever be able to push through. And I like her game a lot. Just pure, straight forward seizing up physically when she's up against it in a big match. I haven't watched her super intensely over the past few years, but I was impressed how she always seems to get quite deep in draws but now know why she can never break through. Infuriating to watch because her game is impressive. When it happens, it's as inevitable as the sun going down. There is just nothing she can do.
I am impressed by Garcia’s performance those last few months. Her mindsets make a huge different.
I wish her the best because she deserves it.
As for Pegula, after her grest win over over Raducanu, I really thought she would be going further in this tournament. But it seems like Garcia’s confidence and net play were to good to overcome.
So sorry for her.
Garcia is in tremendous form, right now. She can even hit volleys...
She was doubles number 1 for a reason...
Garcia has always played doubles as well with KIKI Mladenovic as a partner. They won RG doubles title this year 2022, and if I recall correctly, back in 2017 or something like that. She is an accomplished volleyer. It’s why she isn’t glued to the baseline now. She is playing frighteningly good since May/June with 2 titles this year. Love her form at the moment. Hopefully she shows up for the USO.
Both of these players are in tremendous form , keep going caroline , what a player!
Wow!!! What a superb performance from García! Awesome...
Sad to see pegula lose but I’m glad to see a resurgence from Garcia. She’s had a rough couple years and shes hung in there and looks hot atm. Congrats 🎉
She is a daughter of a Billionaire she will be fine
Caroline n'est pas la fille d'un milliardaire... N'importe quoi.
De plus on se fout qu'elle soit sexy. C'est quoi ce commentaire de macho ?
@@philippe8481 he said about Pegula. Lollll
@@cosminciornei7049 yes, Pegula is loaded.
@@MikeJones-oe3do the richest tennis player out there by a country mile as she's worth more than the combined wealth of Federer, Williams, and Sharapova!
Wow, that was a such an active and aggressive play by Garcia, taking the ball so early - kudos!
Garcia plays fearless. Congrats
Super Caro n'en fini plus de frapper ! Et quelles belles volées, quel touché de balle!
Garcia's performance is always beautiful whenever she's in a good form. I love watching her games... Fly on CG!
Never seen Garcia play this way. Greetings from Rome Italy
"Sweet Caroline"is definitely back?. How happy for her. Many years out the élite.
Ever since Caroline switched from her father as coach - she’s been getting better and better.
Meh, she’s still mediocre. Can’t even win a GS
Bravo ! Caro le retour...
Love Garcia’s attitude in this match. Send back everything with change.
Garcia is playing like a new person. If she keeps up this level, she is going to win a lot of tennis matches. Very impressive.
Incredible Garcia
Carolina garcia is on fire right now....will be hard to stop her in this tournament
Spectacular Garcia performance 👏
Hard work always pays off. Garcia has improved a lot since last year. May be soon she will be in the top 10. Congrats to her.
Congratulations on advancing to the semis, Garcia!
Congrats to you, too, Jessi on making the quarters where others didn't: keep your head up, baby girl.
Now it's Garcia vs Sabalenka and they are both playing so well this tournament, and I love both so I am nervous.
Sabalenka seems to have a little more power while both are overall playing everything similar: advantage to Sabalenka, I think.
Disagree, Sabalenka is playing ok but not amazing, I think Garcia’s net play and aggressive returns will put too much pressure on Sabalenka, giving Garcia the advantage.
@@rolinti9146 Okay.
Superb game, big hitting and variety with volley! wowwww Caro
It looks like the Caroline Garcia of old Caroline Garcia was a top 10 player
Aeroplane Girl is in stunning form, and I hope she wins. even the upcoming US slam.
Well well well... well played Garcia.
Yesterday when Pegula edged out Raducanu, everyone wrote Raducanu out and spoke highly of Pegula so I followed this match and lo! Another upset.
garcia beat raducanu at wimbledon i remember so this doesn't surprise me
¡¡ Vamos Garcia !!
Caroline 💚can take this title, like her aggressive play, takes the ball early on many shots and those angles she creates are insane🥳 lets go France, qualifier gets masters win, what a great story it will be💫🏆
CG has alot going for her genetically. Great tennis physique. Now that her training has kicked in and she is making great decisions, there really is no ceiling for her right now. JP, what greatness is coming from her. I know she will watch the tapes and learn about the positioning more from this match. If she can be as aggressive as CG, many more close matches between them for sure.
Keep going for champion
Garcia finally changed her toss on her serve and her serve has caught fire as well as the rest of her game.
I love both, congrats Garcia go to the trophy
Bravo 🧿🧿🧿🧿
When Garcia is playing well there's no hope as her opponent
Good win good visit
Petkovic, Martic, Sakkari, Mertens and now Pegula. This girl is on fire. Garcia is 28, turns 29 in October. I don't think I have ever seen a player make such a quantum leap in their game at such an advanced age! Caroline has always had topnotch athleticism and court movement. She can run with the best. But her serve was always a little predictable and her putaway skills seemed average. What happened?? She didn't change her serve noticeably but the ball is getting across the net much quicker. Ditto her forehand -- some serious lasers here that Pegula didn't even bother to go after. Brava, Caroline!!!
Caroline García is on her way to bigger and better things. She measures her aggressive play very well without overdoing it. Jessica is a marvelous ball striker, but lacks speed and control.
Never thought Garcia could be so good!!!
Very, very happy for Garcia!
great Caro !
When Pegula played Raducanu its just so unbelievable
That was enough. Stay healthy.
Pegula who in the previous rounds was so mighty, became helpless in front of Garcia who recently underwent many changes and progress.
Pegula ran into a brick wall in Garcia this round. A shade of the player from previous rounds.
Fly with Caro!
i can't see serena winning even one game against any of these gals!!!
Prime Serena fulfilled her potential. She won 23 slams. Garcia has failed to live up to her potential.
Too old and too FAT😃
yass... Caro is back.... 😘
Garcia is in some nick ATM. Tennis is stunning as well.
Gran partido de la francesa que está en racha y jugará la final
Holy shit Garcia hitting the cover off the ball. Awesome.
So much pressure caro puts on the server, helps also when you’re comfortable at the net
Garcia amazing action
Pegula has always flown under the radar. She's a solid player with good strats. From what ive seen, one of the reasons some people dont like her seem to have something to do with her having very rich parents. A bit odd, but that's people for you i guess.
yeaaaaah yey lol like Pegula is a lovely girl it's the parents with money thing 🤣
Pegula MUST have a lot of money if she can afford to fly under the radar. Technically that is very difficult.
Hi buddy! Despite being born with a silver spoon in her mouth, Jessica is working hard towards worthwhile ambitions, and is dedicated. Easy to go astray or be lazy in her shoes, but she isn't. Commendable!
She hasnt won anything this year. Quite good player tou
@@simonpegg1196 That's my point, I mean it's not like she's leeching off. She forging her own path and stuff. Good for her man.
Great to see Garcia back in the final. She moved so quick around the court and react fast to Pegula's shot. Pegula played well but just not her day. Another seed tumbled as anyone can beat anyone in WTA.
Garcia,очень прогрессирует. Она подвижная,с хорошей реакцией.
Magical Caraline
Garcia is playing the best tennis of her career the last 6-8 weeks.
Garcia on fire
First strike tennis the French way.!
She played so well.
Good match but is C Garcia, J Pegula, M Sakkari, A Sabalenka all about quarter-finals and semi-finals ? When will we see them with a grand slam trophy (s) under their names ? I wish to see them with those titles.
All the best to all of them.
Bravo Caroline Garcia, ça fait plaisir de voir une Française qui gagne !
Oui! Oui!
Garcia viva Garcia !!!!
I think Garcia will beat Sabalenka to reach final and it will be Between Garcia vs Kvitova, where it will be tough for Garcia to beat Kvitova to seal the Trophy
Grande Caroline
Остались 3 Лошади ;) и Гарсия,болею за Гарсию!
Why did Garcia have to qualify? Her ranking is 35.
Carolina is on a mission......... Strong,,, and determined,,,,,,,,,, Good Luck,,,,,,,a win in Cinn will prepare her for the US Open........I believe she will win in Cinncinnati
I think between Garcia and sabalenka Will lift the trophy
Garcia will win
Caroline Garcia future top 1.
What a difference a day makes, against Emma Pegula was in the zone for the entire match however 1st set against Garcia she was barely 3 out of 10 at best, serve was particularly poor which at this level is critical as Garcia proved. Garcias’s serve and all round game is rock solid plus a great athlete .
Garcia found the eyes of the tigress.
She plays her real game,attacker.
She will become world number 1
Caroline’s on 🔥
Terrific performance , I lost the bet but satisfied with Garcia's performance ...Good luck
Why is it that these people does not like you if you have money.Look at Emma because she end up with sponsors after she won US Ope
and made money that she ends up with
hateful comments.Now
Pegula ....
.
IgA swiatek,Carol García, Simona halep Petra kvitova vernica kedermotova top five

Ess bebi ok молодец
Garcia will win this whole thing
Damn, looks like Garcia has finally got her act together, wouldn't put it past her to win the USO title unless Emma pulls a rabbit out of the hat!🤣
Go Caroline !
Caroline Garcia 💪💪💪
👍 💜 🎾 😉 🙋
A lesson Jess will learn from
Where are all the Pegula fans saying she was this and that after she beat Raducanu. The WTA is unpredictable and anyone can beat anyone 🤣
Sadly that's been the trend in the last few years.
Why did Garcia have to go through qualies when her ranking was #35 before this tournament?
Ha ganado Caroline García
Is Caro even having a chance to win the US Open? Yes I think so. There is no question that the WTA is very unpredictable but Garcia is playing at such high level now. She just didn't give Pegula the chance to play like against Raducanu.
Garcia is playing well this tournament. So she will lose fairly early at the US Open based on her past results. Girl is the definition of streaky.
The high is out!
Garcia gra jak Iga gdy jest w formie
А где Поединок?😕
Скучно...🥱
RADUCANU LET DE TABLE READY FOR GARCÍA.
Same way she beat Swiatek: Pounding the weak second serves for winners.
After Poland ..I thought she will win in Canadian open....There she choked..Now she proved !?
