It can perhaps be explained by knowing about your North node. Perhaps you have a north node that is more relaxed and not as Saturnian. For example, I have Saturn in the first house but my north node is in Capricorn so I am opposite of you - very little to no discipline all throughout my life but I am 29 years of age now and am developing Capricornian north node traits and cultivating discipline in my life. i definitely recommend looking into your North/South nodes if you haven't explored that already. I'm Saturn retrograde in my ascendant in Vishakha, pad 1. I think the fact that since my Saturn is in retrograde, that changes how Saturn presents for me. As a child, I was serious in internal ways, but always disorganized and an average student. The ways I was serious was through my emotions, spirituality, ethics, art and creativity, curiosity... I always related well to the absent-minded professor trope. People thought I was highly intelligent and didn't apply myself well in my studies. It's all sugar-coating. When you have saturn in the 1st house,you are doomed for life. You are here to repay your past life debts. I have this placement and I am a Sagittarius ascendant . It can perhaps be explained by knowing about your North node. Perhaps you have a north node that is more relaxed and not as Saturnian. For example, I have Saturn in the first house but my north node is in Capricorn so I am opposite of you - very little to no discipline all throughout my life but I am 29 years of age now and am developing Capricornian north node traits and cultivating discipline in my life.

I'm Saturn retrograde in my ascendant in Vishakha, pad 1. I think the fact that since my Saturn is in retrograde, that changes how Saturn presents for me. As a child, I was serious in internal ways, but always disorganized and an average student. The ways I was serious was through my emotions, spirituality, ethics, art and creativity, curiosity... I always related well to the absent-minded professor trope. People thought I was highly intelligent and didn't apply myself well in my studies. I was rebellious to what others wanted me to learn, because I wanted to follow my own curiosity. It's all sugar-coating. When you have saturn in the 1st house,you are doomed for life. You are here to repay your past life debts. I have this placement and I am a Sagittarius ascendant . Let's just say that the only reason I am not planning my suicide is coz I believe in an afterlife and I don't want to wander the spiritual world recklessly without a purpose. I am always in the verge of having a mental breakdown, and I hate everybody and I know for a fact that people don't mean well. Like literally,no one does. Moon and Pluto conjunct in Scorpio in the 11th. Venus in cancer 7th house, trine Pluto and my moon. What I can say is my life has completely transformed from when I was younger, toxic relationship and my mothers death lead to my spiritual awakening. My whole life I’ve been dealing with feeling like stress and toxicity is normal or a “comfort zone”. What I have been working on lately is letting go of everyone and everything, learning to set boundaries and put my self first.
