I think I mini-shifted!! (Yes, I know a mini-shift is still a shift, but I still like the term to imply it was just for a few seconds). During the meditation I completely stopped feeling my body, I felt like floating and I could feel a very deep darkness around me (deeper than the darkness in my room, because my blinds are broken and I always have some light from outside). I think I was very close to the void state, but I could still hear the audio. I started repeating affirmations in my head that I was in my DR, but the ad at the end of the video startled me, so I ended up moving, rolled over and fell asleep thinking about my DR. When I was waking up (I was in that half-asleep and half-awake state, in the process of waking up but not quite there yet) I could feel my mattress sinking, very clearly and very vividly, like someone was getting into bed with me. The person didn't touch me, I just felt their weight and their presence. Now, it's IMPOSSIBLE that this happened in my CR because my bed is very narrow, it would be impossible for someone else to sleep beside me without touching me or asking me to move. After a while (it felt like just a few seconds but I'm not sure) I felt that person moving, the slight rustle of bedsheets, and them getting out of bed. I noticed the lack of weight on the mattress beside me as clearly and vividly as before. I didn't open my eyes, and even if I did, I could feel it was dark. I just remember being very drowsy and thinking "what's going on?" I don't even know which reality that was, but I think that person was my s/o, because I felt safe around them. I'll definitely try this method again!
i quit shifting a while qgo but found a dr i really wanted to go to. i thought to myself "if alunir has a new video ill try to go" and then there was a video 3 minutes ago. tysm
I wanna let everyone here know that you will shift. If you haven’t, it’s because you haven’t yet, it’s not because you’re not trying hard enough, or not able to do it. Let shifting be something you feel peace with, not frustration over not shifting yet. 111
i love all your videos sm I personally don't use them to shift but they definitely help me sleep, relax, and sometimes lucid dream. i also have a thing where mouth sounds make me unreasonably upset or certain voices make it hard for me to focus on what they're saying but your voice is so nice and you're one of the very very few (like 2-3) people I listen to.
wanted to add I really love the visualization methods cauS it's one of the rare times I can actually see things in my head and it's so cool to me. It also gets me more focused on the words being said :3
OH MY GOLLY GEE!! a new video!! i was gonna try to shift now and saw this brand new video,gonna try this now and update :) Update: I couldnt shift cus of my brother whos always entering the room, asking about blankets or pillows. I literally could felt the sleeves of my shirt changed and felt sum flashing lights, but i guess that means maybe i was halfway there.
my favourite methods, i'm pretty sure i nearly shifted but i heard a loud bang and talking in my CR so i woke up.. when i was laying with my eyes closed i couldn't feel my blanket or my mattress.. i felt like i was in some void state.. and when i opened my eyes from the noise my whole body was tingling and fuzzy 100% gonna try again tonight
Quick Thing bec it seems to be gone at the moment, but i actually love the Method Breakdowns in the Despriptions since i can get a better Idea what i have to do or if i should rather pick another method bec im really tired rn and method x requieres visualization and stuff
