Civil 3D 2025.0.1 Update addresses issues with large surfaces with external MMS or GRS files, where Civil 3D shuts down unexpectedly when either promoting the surface or creating a snapshot of the surface and then undoing the operation. Please install latest Civil 3d 2025.0.1 rather than Civil 3d 2025.0.0
