Malamar DOMINATES 7 Star Sceptile

Disclaimer: BAD RNG can ruin this like for any other solo; but I found this solo to be consistent as I have left off winning four in a row against Sceptile.
First off in turn 1, you want to skill swap the ability "contrary" to Sceptile. Afterwards, you want to die ASAP, so you can start refreshed with your returned ability "contrary" back. If Malamar isn't dying fast enough at the beginning, use topsy turvy to temporarily buff Sceptile-as the raid progresses Sceptile should return back to negative attack (use the "Y" button to check the status of Sceptile stats). In my raid, I received enough damage at the beginning so I went right to charging my tera with nightslash.
After getting skill swap off AND dying one time, this is where the dominance begins. Superpower buffs your attack and defense because of "contrary" (use superpower at least 3 times); also Sceptile's attack "breaking swipe" buffs you as well for the same reason to make you go to plus 6 atk in almost no time. Use attack cheers as needed for a 50% boost to all attacks; SPAM night slash.

-night slash
-superpower

Is there a particular reason for dark Tera and night slash?

Just preferred the hight potential “critical hit” potential from 1/24 to 1/8 with night slash; you can also do tera fairy with tera blast
