  • A study released Tuesday by the U.S. Preventive Services Taskforce encourages women to start getting screened at the age of 40. The previous recommendation was to start screenings at 50.     as a preop nurse ive seen young women late 20s to 30s even. or new moms who discover lactation problems. i generally ask if they have family history and most often they dont and they are shocked .
