Specifically it's when you kill an enemy Lucio. It's one of his regular lines. Most characters have those kind of interactions with certain others, kinda like at the start of matches when they talk.
They should let people customize their experience by letting them change voicelines and such. We can't even hear other people mythic skin's modified voices lol
I'm surprised how many commenters here didn’t play it last year - aside from newly added heroes, all the voice lines are the same, so these weren't recorded recently.
Other thoughts - it would be nice if you had shown Echo's voice line for allies, like Genji, is the same. It would also be helpful to put some text to indicate when self ultimate voice lines are the same as enemy ones.
I logged in yesterday after like a month of not playing and I was so surprised and scared, I thought they actually changed all of the voice lines and I would have to adapt to it 😭
