The problem with compiling a team is when you put huge egos into any side, there will be trouble. It's why PSG hasn't won anything major. The best, isn't always a good thing. A player's outlook, personality and integrity is more important. If they cannot integrate because of a personality issue then they are of little use. Messi has no ego, he is a team player, he has integrated into all the teams he has played for and that is why he his is the GOAT. He will always be. The effect you have as a player is not what you do, it's what you do for the team. Brazil has the same issue. Ego is not a great trait, as isn't jealousy. Hopefully Mbappe will learn this as he matures but, it seems to me that he has jealousy and a narcissistic character and that will always be an issue.
