I personally met Justice Krishna Iyer in a public programme in Vashi Navi Mumbai in the year 1996,he advised me to work for poor and suppresd sections of the society.
Very impressive lecture we should have many many os justice KM Joseph's calibre to set right our judicial system but it isn't so now Modi govt could overpower SC and made them buckle down under pressure .
That wont happen, cji d y chandrachud has re energised the indian higher judiciary and it is for sure that indian higher judiciary will never become a puppet of the central govt

SC must invest time on reducing pendency of cases and corruption in courts. Courts must be litigants friendly.
