President of Independent India Ms Droupadi Murmur has power to disincorporate British colonialism judiciary infrastructure temporarily in Art 50 in constitution to disentitle the unbridled power unaccompanied by liability vested by British colonialism in supreme court directing supreme court to obey the democratic guidelines following democratic standards and judicial accountability subject to recognition and control of President of India until further order to cancel contempt notice issued by supreme court in connection of collegium system
The most important thing is that Ms Droupadi Murmur ,President of Independent India sovereign democratic welfare Government has more power than Lord Mountbettan Viceroy of interim Independent Indian sovereign democratic welfare Government declared in1947 and his direction by consent British colonialism judiciary infrastructure temporarily incorporated in Art 50 in constitution for time being because of incapability of Independent government to set up judiciary. 75 years passed away there is no British colonialism judiciary infrastructure.necessary such temporarily incorporated in Art 50 in constitution ignoring supremacy of preamble of constitution because of incapability of judges appointed on principles of judgments of keshvanand Bharti case 1973 and order 1993 passed by supreme court affecting sovereignty of Independent India by exercising British colonialism legislation judiciary infrastructure enforcement of rights of people subjected to denial of access to Justice revealed from PIL NO.224 of 2017 on 10.07.2017 perfunctory actions by EX chief Justice Jagdish singh khehar LLM gold Medalist and Justice Dy.Chandra chur LLM now chief Justice incapable in interpretation of colonialism incorporated in Art 50 in constitution .5 crore backlog pending cases and for disposal 500 years are not enough not acceptable to people because the factors on which the working of those organs of state depend are people and political parties representing parliament they will set up as their instruments like legislature Executive and judiciary enacting democratic guidelines to carry out the wishes of people following preamble of constitution.
