The thicker the inserts, the more likely for indentation. When purchasing an insert, I specifically request for the 1 mm size. It’s super lightweight and more of a liner to protect the interior. Hope this helps!

I bought an organizer for my nano speedy and speedy 20, mainly to maintain their shape. I also noticed the indentation on both of my bags and figured that they were due to the organizers. For some reason I thought that the organizers would soften up... But after this video, I took both organizers out of my bags because I'm afraid the indentations will get worse later on.
I’ve removed my organizer and the dent is no longer visible. I usually leave the insert inside when I store it, but now I won’t do that anymore for this bag. It helped to remove it, and the bag is so small, there’s more room without it. Hope this was helpful to you! Thank you for watching

My organizer is zoomoni 1.2mm (red), so everything is same as you. So sad, I just wanted to protect my beautiful speedy20. I can’t believe that the organizer hurts my baby. It still has a slight bend, but it’s not so noticeable now. I keep the insert in the bag when I store it too. I think the more you wear it, it softens and is less noticeable.
By experience,I find inserts annoying in the long run esp on bags that aren't that big anyway. I use smaller inserts that aren't too tight for my bigger bags to avoid possible creasing but with my Speedy 20, Alma bb,MPA I use them as is.

I have the zoomoni insert for my speedy 20 and it doesn’t do that. However the speedy 20 I have it in is Empreinte leather. It’s probably that your bag is in canvas and the insert is pushing on the canvas. I will try my insert in my speedy 20 in canvas and let you know.

It does seem that it is the organizer causing the indentation. Of course it is your bag and your choice but personally I would never use something that might be damaging my very expensive bag. You’ll have a clean lining but a damaged canvas.

I also think that the lining in the Speedy 20 is thicker so maybe that has something to do with it as well. It isn’t the usual brown textile lining. I have many Speedy bags and they are all with the brown textile lining. I’m not sure exactly what material is used but I have the same Speedy 20 that you have and I can feel the difference.
@@monicae67 after reading your comment I checked, and the red lining does feel thicker than the regular 25 mono speedy brown lining! The speedy 25 mono feels slightly thinner overall.
I don’t want an insert for the structure or organization, I want to protect the lining of my bag. But I’m glad I watched this video first because I had the exact same one in my cart ready to purchase! I will just watch what I put in my bag very carefully!!!

I got the Samorga insert (so exp!) and it creases like this too. After removing the insert, iono how to remove the crease. Seems permanent now😭
