Hi Hannah, would really love some tips and what helped you when writing the Supporting statement for PWP, and at interview stage?

Thank you so much for this video! So helpful.
I had a question about becoming a PWP. I am having a difficult time finding job postings for trainee positions (I have been looking on NHS jobs). Are they really that rare or is there a specific month where they are more frequently available?
In terms of experience I have been an autism/learning disability support worker for a year now and have recently started volunteering for a mental health text helpline (remote). Would that be enough valid experience to become a pwp? Thank you!

Hi Natalia, thank you for such an informative video. It’s been immensely helpful. This is a long shot but I’m struggling with the supporting statement. I thought I had hit all the person specs but I’ve been rejected. I was wondering if there was any chance you could read it and provide any suggestions. Of course, only if you have the time. Thank you! 😊

I don’t know who told me this but someone told me to mention the NICE guidelines - is this relevant?
I’ve worked as assistant psychologist in CAMHS and HCA this is the next adventure and role I want

I mean it could be relevant, depends what the person specification says! You don't need to but saying something about how you've worked based on NICE guidelines or something could be good 😊

I have a question, if anyone knows anything, feel free to comment underneath! :) I am currently applying to trainee PWP and CWP roles. Is there a maximum you can apply for? As I have come across PWP roles which asked me to state two of my preferences and a CWP role ( both of which are taught at the same uni) so idk if my applications will clash ?
