The best part of you is your *Honest* comments.
God Bless
oh! nice
the best thing about this channel is the honesty
so nice of you....
harish sir small chicken is tender usually used more in tandoori and biryani the vendors sell more small chicken top restaurants and the bigger chicken is sold to regular buyers by the supplier small chicken breaks down faster and due to less development of protein structure its more softer or tender
oh nice to have this input
Bharat also follows food vloggera
Bharat sir u r an amazing chef.I have tried to make almost all ur recipes n it always turns out great.
Ohmg Bharat ap bhi yaha par 😊
Really happy to see a good long episode like you used to do. 30-35 minutes is best length for a food and travel show. It isn't too long or too short. Fabulous episode, great going.
so nice of you
I can personally vouch for Harish Lunch home. Excellent food. I know the owners and their dedication to food making.
The entire list is of amazing restaurants.

Edit: I also like the new rating style instead of old 0-10 point which was ambiguous.
you are quite right 1 to 10 was ambiguous , this is more logical
Videos and explainination getting better day by day.
Miles to go !!
thanks, Non veg does not come naturally to me.. so this video got many dislikes
Hi Harish,
Welcome to Mumbai ! Just as promised, you've made a trip to Mumbai!
I was a little busy intermittently, hence could not view your Indore Special but will surely make amends once i view all those videos of Indore.
First of all, congratulations to you on your high resolution videos, you've made the perfect investment as is evident by the wonderful viewing of the magnificently illuminated CSTM or the erstwhile VT station.
Talking about food & here i am referring to the non-veg part that you have covered:
You have hit the nail on the head my friend, by choosing the right & the perfect restaurants for Biryani, the likes of " Persian Durbar" & the "Delhi Durbar," because the art of making a perfect biryani that is a mughlai dish has been mastered by the Muslim chefs & have been carried forward through several generations. Your depiction of the Biryani & the sincerity with which you explained the whole experience is quite noteworthy & should win you many plaudits. Many of such mughlai & predominantly Muslim restaurants are spread all over Mumbai & you can make it a point to visit most of these & narrate the salient features/differences of the Biryani making. To name a few, "Jaffers Delhi Durbar" ( At least 7/8 branches, may be more), "Arfa" ( , S V Rd, Jogeshwari), "Shalimar" ( Null Bazar)," Borivali Biryani Center" ( 4 Branches ), You can also fathom the latest, " The Bohri Kitchen " experience which is also a kind of it's own.
Your presentation of the ubiquitous " Fish " of Mumbai is also very hearty & innocent. The "Mumbai fish preps & types" is highly nuanced & one can literally go on an endless voyage trying to explore & explain . There are at least four different yet major Fish culinary types, "The Mangalorian ( Shetty's), The Malvani Preps, The GSB Preps, The Pathare Prabhu/ CKP Prep, each has it's own flavors & favorites.
From a North Indian point of view you have been able to explain the whole gamut of " Fish preps" absolutely perfectly & you were right in comparing the dissimilarities between the " Amritsari " & the " Konkan " types. Should you look for "Amritsari " preps in Mumbai, yes, you'll find them surely in the "Sion Koliwada" belt which in itself is a phenomena.
Every single time i watch your videos Harish, ( that i look forward to always) i find a remarkable sense of honesty & sincerity about the whole thing. Just keep it up !
so nice to have this detailed comment from you.... i am really bad on describing non veg food but i am sure over time i should be able to cover up... thanks
Such a small comment .😂
Hello mr harish
Awesome sir,
Rating pattern V ab acha hai.
-Must try...etc..etc..
Thank you
thanks
Bali ji mutton takes more time to get cooked then chicken ... but in both the cases while its dum Biryani or its tandoori mutton in both the cases mutton is more soft juicy n tender bcoz of its fat content... while cooking tandoori mutton Barra mutton is kept to be tender by applying raw Pappaiya or pineapple juice or a spice called kachri... that makes mutton more tender n juicy... 😬👍🏻
thanks for this info.....
Harish Ji, congratulations on completing 1 year on you tube.
Great going Harish Ji, its great to watch your videos, I have probably watched all your videos, its great to see you touch great heights.
Wishing you all the best.

Ashish

Being a Delhiite, when I first tried neer dosa with chicken curry, I instantly became a fan of it.
Now whenever I'll go to Mumbai, I'll have neer dosa with every gravy dish.
Another point to be noted, that prawns are high on cholesterol. Having once, twice or thrice in 40-45 days is OK, but it should not be eaten on a regular basis.
oh! high on cholesterol so true
R u bengali or delhiite?

Bali ji one suggestion for you. Please don't name the food items in the beginning itself. It will be more enjoyable to watch if it left for the audience to see during the video. Thank you.
Maahir Sharma what’s your problem?! I just gave him a suggestion. Teri kyu jali?
yes i am getting this feedback from many people
but if someone gives suggestion what is wrong in it... i really . look forward to advice and suggestions from every one

Love watching your videos
thanks
Comment do bhai
yesterday i came back late night... its 10.30 in morning now replying... after this i need to go for breakfast.... i m in hyderabad at this moment...
Neer Dosa is a popular dish in coastal part of Karnataka. As far as I know, it's normally eaten with chicken curry.
Also sir, I've noticed many people in the North pronounce Dosa as Dough-sa which is a wrong pronunciation. It's दो-sa. Sorry in advance if I have come across as pedantic.
oh so nice to learn that... you mentioned that correct....thanks for highlighting
Vegetarian hoon par aapka video dekh k maza aa gaya. Nonveg aur sea food mein aapka experience bhale hi kam ho par bade hi achhe dhang se explain kar lete ho.
thanks , great to have your viewership
Sol kadhi my fav. drink :)
You say, you eat non veg less but, in most of the videos I see you eating non veg the most🤔
that was average till aug but not now... as every 3rd or 4th comment says cover non veg food... so avg was less now RR - run rate has increased
U talk too much... Be bit crisp when you describe your food eating experience.. Talking too much made video boring... This is just a suggestion I hope you don't mind.. But your videos r good I watch it everytime...
no way to mind, its a feedback which i always love... Mumbai series i can't do much but yes Hyderabad series i will try and make corrections on this front
I would not agree on that, as Harish ji says what he precisely feels about the food. Its not just about saying food is good or not. You need to go into the crux to describe why the food tastes good or not so good, which he does, and thats his style which makes the videos not just good but gives knowledge about the food as well.
simple presentation but awesome vlogs..
Love your style sir .... nice video
thanks
It's 3am.. waking up and enjoying the vlog like always.. great video!!

Above all thanks to know from ur friend running is always to keep u fit I miss eating fish coz the taste here is different due to high volume of salt in the sea so well thanks for the tour new dishes explored and loved it thanks a lot and to the team
so nice to have your comment
visa2explore thanks a lot it’s always and Honor to watch u and the way u present the show it’s a different way Sir
Very nice video sir. I’ll try to go to some of these places but it’s awesome that you tried prawns 🍤 🦐. They are absolutely delicious
oh yes 1st experience learning to eat that too
As always it was best
thanks
visa2explore,
You are absolutely correct. Fresh fish does not smell like fish. The same can be said for fresh shrimp. Properly cooked shrimp should be moist. Shrimp is slightly sweeter in taste than fish or chicken. It does have more texture than fish, and you are right, it is less chewy than chicken. Rubbery shrimp, meaning very chewy, is a sign that it has been cooked too long.
thanks
you deserve more than 10 m subscribers. superb presention all videos
