I've travelled on Samruddhi Mahamarg recently, towards and from Mumbai, and I must appreciate the infrastructure. The road is smooth. I love the idea of only two toll plazas, one at the entry and one at the exit. I hope they open more petrol pumps and eateries or refreshments soon. Also, if we can have CNG stations on the way as well. Even if you drive at anything between 80-100, you'd reach your destination on time and easily. Finally a reason to subscribe .
watching since 2017.
Good Comparison. The difference is huge. But I feel the cost saving number would have been much higher if the cars used in the comparo were not Q7s but may be sedan from C-Segment or any car which is own by a common man. Any way we can see the world of a difference in both the routes.
Love the addition of music 🎶 in the videos.
great concept of compairing old and new roads , would like to see more of these videos on different newly built expressways and highways
The Value of Time is immense

It's good to see that a lot of structural changes are happening in India.
@autocar, what were the other cars (camera and crew) that accompanied the Q7s on both the highways?
Finally autocar made a 4k video
Crux is he saved 5.30 hrs and 1300 Rs

Energetic duo's are back...💥🌟🙏🏻
Driving on a new highway maybe faster, but driving on those old roads is way fun filled.
Cost saved doesn't matter here. The journey experience is much bigger than anything else. I wish Indian government should build the same kind of roads to all major cities across India.
One of the best Expressway. I enjoyed and drv my Ertiga with 100km p hr speed lmt. It tk 6hr from Nagpur to Shirdi.
