What I immediately noticed was that the crims actually have some sort of strategy, whereas the cops just show up and die before being able to assess the situation and come up with their own strategy to deal with the crims. Cops need to work on their comms and strats if they ever want to deal with the crims effectively.
It's an RP server, your talking like this is a competitive game with comms and strats. That's why PD always loose if they don't have big advantages, there is no barrier of entry to becoming a cop on an RP server other than being able to act like a cop. Meanwhile, CG play like it is a competitive game, which is fine, but they will always outclass cops on an RP server when they do that.
What you expect? Crims have 4hours of planning and very adaptive vs cops who got buffed many many times, inexperienced just want a ticket somehow still complain how they always got outplayed

The crims are crims that have the skill to retaliate so here we are. But as usual the pd goes the lazy route by buffing themselves by removing restrictions instead of doing what they should be doing and training their cops better. They will always have comms issues with the amount of numbers they have unless every cop goes through more training.

I think the rule of 4 shouldn't be just black and white like you can have 6 people ONLY or 4 people ONLY I think it should all be dependent on situations and RP since it vary.. like if you have one guy arrested and unable do to jack shit.. the shouldn't affect your people count since the dude is literally useless to the group.. idk.. i just think it shouldn't just be one way or the other.

Well you had Curtis, Flippy and Randy on one side. These 3 are know to be some of the best tactical leaders. That and comms for 6 are easier for 30+ Which is really why cops need serious training if they have a force this big.

In all seriousness though, i think it comes from lack of training and inexperience... also the lack of a game plan... what baas needs to start doing is prevent any officer from engaging in the situation, and regroup all the officers to come up with a game plan, while having other officers close off the area and surround all the streets so they don't try to escape, he also needs someone to keep an eye on the targets to make sure they don't move and become mobile, technically this job should be done by the heli which i don't understand why the heli flys so low to the ground... The heli should be high up in the air out of reach of the bullets and only there to give coms and monitor the situation. The biggest issue here is the cops don't get any training, and don't have team work... everyone is running around like a headless chicken confused as to what's going on. The second the get a shots fired alert they run into the scene thinking they are gonna kill all the bad guys. It's like a "hero" mentality like I will be the one that gets them! I love the sounds of the multi person gun fights. The AK does not sound loud in the 1st person but the echo of the other AKs off of the surrounding buildings sound spot on. This was freaking amazing I saw the ending and was wow. Cops didn’t know updated sops for not dropping was bad on their part. Size months ago said they can’t hot drop on roofs where no ladder access etc bc cg complained cops were on a roof they couldn’t shoot. Now baas etc said we can’t not drop etc going back to that sop. Crime on a roof with no access (prisons said staircase can’t access and vale couldn’t grapple up etc) 5rn after it was all done copper goes we can tactical drop on any roof baas was like wish I knew before hand. Cops need some actual training. Their positioning, comms, tactical awareness, even aim in some cases is just awful. Why even try fight from the street when the crims are head peaking with a height advantage. There is a clock tower 2 blocks away from here with great cover and a massive height advantage over where the crims, why not send a unit up that instead of all try rush the bottom of a building. Hopefully the sniper team makes a difference when that is added but i doubt it.

This was freaking amazing I saw the ending and was wow. Cops didn’t know updated sops for not dropping was bad on their part. Size months ago said they can’t hot drop on roofs where no ladder access etc bc cg complained cops were on a roof they couldn’t shoot. Now baas etc said we can’t not drop etc going back to that sop. Crime on a roof with no access (prisons said staircase can’t access and vale couldn’t grapple up etc) 5rn after it was all done copper goes we can tactical drop on any roof baas was like wish I knew before hand. But amazing shootout to watch. Poor pd not reading updated sop or getting new info etc,

Cops need some actual training. Their positioning, comms, tactical awareness, even aim in some cases is just awful. Why even try fight from the street when the crims are head peaking with a height advantage. There is a clock tower 2 blocks away from here with great cover and a massive height advantage over where the crims, why not send a unit up that instead of all try rush the bottom of a building. Hopefully the sniper team makes a difference when that is added but i doubt it.
