Thank you everyone for watching. I may have ACCIDENTALLY circled the wrong Ramattra in my macro explanation on Samoa 2nd Round, so sorry about that confusion. I meant to circle Willys07. Please let me know what you want to see in future videos. I want to make more videos like this but I can only do so if they are successful due to the time commitment involved. Thank you :3.
Finding good, entertaining AND educational content for more serious competitive Overwatch is so hard to find other than unranked to GM's or something. I appreciate you making more educational scrim content 🙏
Who is bro chaining up to pump out these banger videos recently? Also on a serious note, as someone who plays in a collegiate league and tranq, I can recognize how valuable your coaching style is. Always calm even in important matches, and you are always detailed when explaining important macro. Super envious of people you coach lmao
Believe it or not. My first ever time playing competitive Overwatch was Tranq Discord Tier with Ragnarok's first ever team (Yes I was Thor's OT) several years ago. Since then I've just worked my way up. Been a great experience. I hope you continue to enjoy OW esports as well :)
Watching you explain and give an insight into what pro play is like opened up a whole new light on the game and how it should be played for me! The camera angles and explanations of how the teams interact differ greatly from the comp games I experience.
good stuff man keep it up. already worked with kio and gogo. kio is very good mecanically and gogo such a PMA person. glad to see them perform at this level
this is so well produced! i'm having my school esports state tourney soon, and i learned a whole lot from this video even though im GM. i enjoyed all of this video! the drawings and diagrams, the explanations and mistakes that each player made, the core and sub teams, all was very enjoyable. you earned yourself a new subscriber!
I absolutely loved this video and the editing is great, amazing job. Showing the macro view of a play and then the pov of the person who did it with comms is incredibly helpful in understanding what led to the outcome happening. I love how you showed the widow pick from behind the widow, but I'd love to see plays like that from the opponent's perspective as well, just to get an idea of how they were in situation. Great topic, wonderful video, please continue making this stuff!
W video from Coach Ocie. i rly like these videos where u analyze matches. its rare to see someone with this level of game knowledge put this much effort into a video. very informative and entertaining.
it's nice to know that pros also still call him "Cree" it's been a long time and i still call him cree all the time lol (during the comms in the first round first fight someone says "they have cree they have cree"
Loved this. I can see all the work you putted behind this video, and content like this is really appreciated. I look forward to see what ya have on store next tbh. Also, smth that bothers me about competitive ow is how its almost always the same dominant dps heroes. I feel like most dps heroes (with the exception of maybe torb and pharah) with the right set of changes could find a place in a competitive scene, like soldier if his healing station actualy helped him on the way he wants to play, or if junkrats nades instead of bouncing so much on the floor would explode instantly when touching it so he could take advantage of his primary aoi dmg instead of being a cosmetic thing that only works when the spam gets lucky (calling this one, bc junkrat is character I play a lot and it always bothers me how much potential he could have if his primary fire actualy had a good set of changes to it). I wish they looked more into giving some of the other dps the right changes and shifts they need to fulfil their kits potential like heroes like soujourn or tracer do.
Thank you for the support! And yeah pro play gets a bit stagnant with the heroes, but it's often due to their core design rather than just balance. I am going to talk about it in a future video.
Loved the intro and the overall scripting of the video! In the future could you ever do like POV/videos of one specific player in a match who you think played really well? Eg. kio pov from this match, how he played cass vs soj matchup, what he's coming, how he's positioning...
Audio desync is something I will work on, it takes a bit of precision considering I am taking a new recording of the match from overhead and overlaying stream audio. I will keep working on it and see what I can do. Thanks for the feedback!
I really did like the video but hearing more of your voice over during the game itself and you explaining some more what exactly is going on would be great. Great video
This just makes me want to find a good team and play some comp as a support of course. Kind of sucks that we're watch too makes you a massive target as a sport since you have less peel.
Btw coach your twitch link in the description doesn't work. The parentheses that you put at the end of the link got added into it which messes up the link. Great vid as always tho and will definitely use these tips to help with my highschool team. Cheers!
i’ve only ever played overwatch casually, i’ve peaked gm1/top 225, but “pro” play is completely different. i joined a t3 org three or so weeks ago going from 3.7-4.4 scrim elo. i’ve learned more about the game in three weeks than i have in the entirety of playing comp. going back to competitive play it feels… silly.
Yes I’m a low elo tank (diamond 1) and I think competitive level games are so different from ranked.even with educational content you can see the difference between RUclipsr like awkward who just talk about simple concepts like off angle and ocie who analyze every single rotations and ultimates
Stats aren't a figure that matters unless you can understand what the numbers should be at. Certain heroes will do less damage and that is normal. And more damage does not equal playing better. Focus on what allows you to win / secure kills rather than the damage numbers.
I want to see diempero/ quick esports vs sog on midtown. Both are supposedly extremely good at Midtown. Toronto continues to ban midtown whenever against sog. M80 got full held agansit sog when they ran life weaver torb and then said they will never do scrims with sog again. I need to see that match up!
University teams are usually North American and rarely compete at this level, they also usually stick to university tournaments. Most teams at this level are created by trialing and bringing players together (done by management staff) and then the players can choose to stick together or look for new opportunities after tournaments. We will likely be together until the end of OWCS and FACEIT League
though im not a coach at all, during these crucial moments wouldnt it be better to stay quiet and let the players focus rather than compliments, unless saying super important positional tips/words i feel like thats better, or is ur mic muted most of the time then?
Coaches cannot speak during a match, it is strictly against the rules in nearly all tournaments. I am muted so only my stream can hear me during any given round.
Ugh ik this video is older, but I've been binge watching your channel and your videos are sooo good!! At first I just needed something to watch while eating lmfao but your style of video is so entertaining and informative (even for my gold 5 ass) I can't wait to see more Coach Ocie 🫡🫡 she the best yall

Glad you enjoyed the video :)
Really good stuff, I'd love a team comp-focus running through why certain heroes are picked, their role in the team and how the comp should be played
thank u so much for this video!
your editing and production is amazing :D
Thank you!
good stuff man keep it up.
already worked with kio and gogo. kio is very good mecanically and gogo such a PMA person. glad to see them perform at this level
I LOVE this videos, thank you for what you are doing !!
And I'm also really happy to see our french men doing good !!!
Keep it up

I loved the start, planting a thought of this channel having exclusive content. Good job.

FANTASTIC VIDEO! Absolutely LOVE the format and the way you set it up like a story being told! Keep producing content like this 👍

Thank you, I appreciate the support
What a video. Wow. This was incredible! Please keep these making informative, easy to watch and well edited videos I loved it.

These vids are amazing, especially love to hear team coms
fantastic stuff coach! im learning so much from this and i hope i can use what i learned to play better with my 5 stack
Really unique insights! Loved the imo about Ram comps especially

Love these videos they really give a good perspective of pro play
Just another amazing video from my favorite overwatch RUclipsr
Great video. I will definitely be using this in my games
This is great! Thank you for putting in the work for the community❤️❤️earned a sub

Keep up the OW content man loving it more and more. Makes me want to get back into high level scrims.
Thank you!

super informative video, keep it up
really glad to see polish players are finnaly getting some recognition
rly solid video quality script editin were on point
Loved the lanes/chess explanation on samoa, show more kio plays and fix audio desync and you're good, the higher quality is so much more watchable
Audio desync is something I will work on, it takes a bit of precision considering I am taking a new recording of the match from overhead and overlaying stream audio. I will keep working on it and see what I can do. Thanks for the feedback!
Positioning and macro, with a few notes on the why’s of a composition, are perfect for me.
Very good video, keep doing videos like this!!
As a support player, I usually like watching vods and gameplay of supports but I can’t ignore how insane Kio was. Bro is the star player 🤩
I really did like the video but hearing more of your voice over during the game itself and you explaining some more what exactly is going on would be great. Great video
another banger video this and ur tiktok content are top tier :))
Thanks!
Quick esports are underrated , they're one of the best teams so far
This just makes me want to find a good team and play some comp as a support of course. Kind of sucks that we're watch too makes you a massive target as a sport since you have less peel.
Love these ❤
Good video, keep it up
Great video. Your embed for the first twitch link is messed up. It has a closing parenthesis at the end. Just a heads up.
Could you talk about how to scrim, strategize, and other subjects for those new to overwatch esports?
I will see what I can do 👍
I wanna a video of 1 hour of the explaination of each fight, why you won or loose it
Well made video 👍
Btw coach your twitch link in the description doesn't work. The parentheses that you put at the end of the link got added into it which messes up the link. Great vid as always tho and will definitely use these tips to help with my highschool team. Cheers!
I will make sure to fix that when I have the chance

I'm trying to figure out how to do more damage. My friend is serious doing 5\7 k more than me if where both DPS and I just can't keep up 😭

kio was Serving this match
im not super caught up on the patch notes, how relevant is this video today?
Largely the same except support comps currently would be very different
No other content creator is making stuff like yours
Ociewatch league when
nice video
ty
is this team a university team or is it just a bunch of blokes that want to compete together? would love to learn the upbringing
University teams are usually North American and rarely compete at this level, they also usually stick to university tournaments. I thought Overwatch was deleted when Overwatch 2 released. This looks more like Overwatch 2 with the characters and 5v5.
Overwatch 2 is just an update to Overwatch 1, they are the same continuing game.

@@Ocie_eSports oh ok, i was confused for a sec
Hi
I've been found
Lol
More high level macro stuff id be happy w
Love the content but this doesn’t apply in low rank
tracer video :3
I feel tracer will be must pick in every meta I really want her to get nerfed im suck of seeing her in every tour
I think the armour change will help with this as she gets less value from burning tanks
Great vid man.
This may sound like a silly question but are you playing or are you coaching?
I am the coach for the team
Ugh ik this video is older, but I've been binge watching your channel and your videos are sooo good!!
