    Thank you everyone for watching. I may have ACCIDENTALLY circled the wrong Ramattra in my macro explanation on Samoa 2nd Round, so sorry about that confusion. I meant to circle Willys07. Please let me know what you want to see in future videos. I want to make more videos like this but I can only do so if they are successful due to the time commitment involved. Thank you :3.

    Finding good, entertaining AND educational content for more serious competitive Overwatch is so hard to find other than unranked to GM's or something. I appreciate you making more educational scrim content 🙏

    Who is bro chaining up to pump out these banger videos recently? Also on a serious note, as someone who plays in a collegiate league and tranq, I can recognize how valuable your coaching style is. Always calm even in important matches, and you are always detailed when explaining important macro. Super envious of people you coach lmao

      Believe it or not. My first ever time playing competitive Overwatch was Tranq Discord Tier with Ragnarok's first ever team (Yes I was Thor's OT) several years ago. Since then I've just worked my way up. Been a great experience. I hope you continue to enjoy OW esports as well :)

    Watching you explain and give an insight into what pro play is like opened up a whole new light on the game and how it should be played for me! The camera angles and explanations of how the teams interact differ greatly from the comp games I experience.

    I absolutely loved this video and the editing is great, amazing job. Showing the macro view of a play and then the pov of the person who did it with comms is incredibly helpful in understanding what led to the outcome happening. I love how you showed the widow pick from behind the widow, but I'd love to see plays like that from the opponent's perspective as well, just to get an idea of how they were in situation. Great topic, wonderful video, please continue making this stuff!

    Loved this. I can see all the work you putted behind this video, and content like this is really appreciated. I look forward to see what ya have on store next tbh.
    Also, smth that bothers me about competitive ow is how its almost always the same dominant dps heroes. I feel like most dps heroes (with the exception of maybe torb and pharah) with the right set of changes could find a place in a competitive scene, like soldier if his healing station actualy helped him on the way he wants to play, or if junkrats nades instead of bouncing so much on the floor would explode instantly when touching it so he could take advantage of his primary aoi dmg instead of being a cosmetic thing that only works when the spam gets lucky (calling this one, bc junkrat is character I play a lot and it always bothers me how much potential he could have if his primary fire actualy had a good set of changes to it). I wish they looked more into giving some of the other dps the right changes and shifts they need to fulfil their kits potential like heroes like soujourn or tracer do.

    • @Ocie_eSports
      @Ocie_eSports  8 месяцев назад +1

      Thank you for the support! And yeah pro play gets a bit stagnant with the heroes, but it's often due to their core design rather than just balance. I am going to talk about it in a future video.

    • @Ocie_eSports
      @Ocie_eSports  8 месяцев назад +1

      Audio desync is something I will work on, it takes a bit of precision considering I am taking a new recording of the match from overhead and overlaying stream audio. I will keep working on it and see what I can do. Thanks for the feedback!

    i’ve only ever played overwatch casually, i’ve peaked gm1/top 225, but “pro” play is completely different. i joined a t3 org three or so weeks ago going from 3.7-4.4 scrim elo. i’ve learned more about the game in three weeks than i have in the entirety of playing comp. going back to competitive play it feels… silly.

    • @alexdahmane7025
      @alexdahmane7025 7 месяцев назад

      Yes I’m a low elo tank (diamond 1) and I think competitive level games are so different from ranked.even with educational content you can see the difference between RUclipsr like awkward who just talk about simple concepts like off angle and ocie who analyze every single rotations and ultimates

    I'm trying to figure out how to do more damage. My friend is serious doing 5\7 k more than me if where both DPS and I just can't keep up 😭

    • @Ocie_eSports
      @Ocie_eSports  8 месяцев назад

      Stats aren't a figure that matters unless you can understand what the numbers should be at. Certain heroes will do less damage and that is normal. And more damage does not equal playing better. Focus on what allows you to win / secure kills rather than the damage numbers.

M80 got full held agansit sog when they ran life weaver torb and then said they will never do scrims with sog again. I need to see that match up!

    is this team a university team or is it just a bunch of blokes that want to compete together? would love to learn the upbringing

    • @Ocie_eSports
      @Ocie_eSports  8 месяцев назад

      University teams are usually North American and rarely compete at this level, they also usually stick to university tournaments. Most teams at this level are created by trialing and bringing players together (done by management staff) and then the players can choose to stick together or look for new opportunities after tournaments. We will likely be together until the end of OWCS and FACEIT League

    though im not a coach at all, during these crucial moments wouldnt it be better to stay quiet and let the players focus rather than compliments, unless saying super important positional tips/words i feel like thats better, or is ur mic muted most of the time then?

      @Ocie_eSports  7 месяцев назад +1
