I make this same recipe. Only thing is that I fry the aloo n gobi. I don’t add amchur n garam masala. If you add a little jaggery to it this it enhances the taste of the recipe 😊
I always boil cauliflower for 5 mins or so(blanch) and den fry wid lil oil otherwise it stays raw potato gets fried faster but if u wish u can boil and den add....hope dis helps
